8:08am Feeds are back. Joshuah is downstairs using the bathroom. He's definitely not his usual chipper morning self. Could have a lot to do with how little sleep he's had. Sheila's up.
Josh: We survived

Josh: I was up till 4am.
Josh tries to go outside, but the house is on lockdown, and when he opens the sliding glass door, he's met with a solid door. He goes back up to HoH.
Josh: I didn't sleep all night... Well, the Siren didn't get me yet... I'm so exhausted and stressed out. It's not even funny.
Sharon: What time is it?
Josh: It's 8 o'clock... I mean..
BB: Good morning, house guests. It's time to get up for the day.
***Good luck with that, BB.
Josh resumes pacing. Sharon hides under the covers.

Josh: Houseguests, there are fresh batteries in the Storage Room. have you changed your batteries?
BB doesn't echo Josh this time. Josh brushes his teeth.

Per Live Show Day norm, the feeds will very likely be cutting in and out all day till the live show actually airs.
My feeling on the Siren is this: I think it's going to happen during the live show, and then play out on the live feeds tonight. For those of you who've been holding out until just the right moment to check out the feeds for yourself, that moment is very likely here.

New theory (we have a snow storm here, slow day). They wait until the votes are cast on the live show, so the producers can decide if they need to let Allison and Ryan stay and play. (It's a TV show, people!). Then all hell breaks lose just before the votes are read. Some big endurance comp and they break into singles.

I'm sure the twist is that they will vote to evicted a couple. Then the hgs will have to vote for one member of that couple they want to evicted so only one person will be evicted. Then they gonna divorce the couple...

Now you have two teams with equal number of people.
you have a whole new game.
That kind of explains what the commercial is saying about one may not be able to leave.

Think about it this way folks. Josh said it himself "Why are we getting up at eight when we have nothing until noon?". I think it will be pre-vote, that another two, or four, will come back. Julie said last week "It will affect the couple leaving this week" to make it sound as if it were post vote, but I think it affects who will leave in the first place.
If they are going to bring people back I agree it's A/A. That's what the viewers want. And I will concede that if they bring back Amanda they don't really need Allison any more (the producers I mean). I just don't think they can run a whole season (and have any viewers) with this cast, ousting Alli and Ry and keeping Sheila and "thing."
I'll also admit that as much as I find him offensive a lot of the time, I thought Josh was funny last night. Mean worked for Dick, it just doesn't work on him - as far as entertainment goes - for me. But Josh is a character, when he's just being wacky Josh.

i was soooooo hoping last night was the siren but who knows maybe eviction! i will say this thou it annoys me to no end to hear people on this show say we are the good people we dont gossip etc..JOSH SHARON SHEILA what!!!!!!!??? Matt said it right the other day to James this is big brother and it is amazing how WHEN someone challenges Josh,sharon,chelsia,and james they get VERY DEFENSIVE! get over it..its just a game..name me one person who won ANY YEAR that did not gossip lie or manipulate at one time..this is basically survivor indoors..think about it..i hate to say it but i am getting sick of josh and im glad he is exhausted today maybe his lack of sleep will leave him unable to function if there is a super twist tonight or tomorrow! not getting sleep affects you for 2-3 days soooooo...but ive read some other comments and ive heard alot of people say the evicted couple would be given immediate hoh and wouldnt that be an amazing twist..OR if the sirens go off right before eviction and alli/ryan sheila/adam get an aooportunity to save themselves..could be interesting! im wondering if the virus twist is "till death do you part" what if the virus kills pairs and you split up..meaning some will become single players and some will stay as couple..that could be a great way to twist this game in a major way! "if anyone has seen BB8 UK (aired last year) they had a halfway house in which was seperated from the main house....they competed against each other to be let into the main house, i think they are doing the same thing in the US version"
Since this group lives on Stage 18 (I believe)... maybe there is another smaller house set up on 19.

Okay is it just me that has caught this, but on either show, Sunday or Tuesday, it never played or showed in the openning, commercial breaks the...till death do you part...I really think they are splitting up the couples. Don't know what it will have to do with the evicted house guests, maybe picking the hoh...but I don't see anyone else mention how the credits or the commercial breaks no longer say till death do you part.

Ok, so I have been completely convinced to get the live feeds, I downloaded a new real player version and signed up, I am set! But it will not play BB9 live feeds, I've been through troubleshooting tapes with the Real help website, and the sample videos work at the highest connection speed. Everything works but BB9, so real player places the blame on them. Whenever I try to play it I get a pop up that tells me "connection to the server has been lost"!!! What should I do! Help me bb bloggers!! :]
maybe who ever gets to come back is the only ones who have to stay as a couple and they have to survive the other HG as singles breaking them apart!
if they have an endurance comp for HOH will they show it on the feeds?

Yes, they've always shown the endurance comps on the live feeds.
Paige, I had the same problem, and after a long time talking with the help desk at Real, they hooked me up with this advice:
On your real player:
Tools -> Preferences -> Network Transports (Under Connection).
Click on Manually configure settings.
Then go into RTSP Settings.
Make sure ONLY the last one is clicked (HTTP for all content).
Then go to PNA settings. Do the same. Make sure ONLY the last one is clicked (HTTP for all content).
Then close down the player and relaunch it. It should work like a charm. Let me know if it works!

Carolyn!!! Your link worked better than the one off of real player!! But still not quite there. I tried all different speeds, but every time I get it up it loads, and resets "BB9 Camera 1 CBS Big Brother" (or something like that). It flashes like a strobe and I can see the outline of what the camera angle options are at the top, and a play pause fast forward at the bottom, I'm so excited but its all black and nothing happens when I go to push it!! And another thing, when I have it up after I click your link it, it doesn't let me click off the real player, because it is restarting like a strobe light. As soon as I click off it restarts again and pops up. Does that make sense? Have you experienced this? Has anyone!! :[
Thanks Cliff. Someone else with my same feelings about Josh. Did you hear him call himself a Malibu Ken last night. This guy is a bit dillusional. Don't know what mirror he is looking into. Once Allison is gone (was all for her until she flipped out). I hope they get rid of Josh and Sharon. Ever notice that the house quit being fun when Josh and Sharon won HOH.
Didn't Sharon say when she was evicted, she was sequestered to hotel? I believe in the past, the evicted HG were sent out of the country. Maybe some are coming back!
Here is a thought.... could the mysterious person dressed all in black that showed up and held up the picture of Jacob actually be Jacob? That would be a GREAT twist....

Hi Paige. I was getting the same error when I first signed up for the live feeds. Do you have a firewall? I have to disable mine when I first start up the feeds. I just disable it for 5 minutes. Then if I want to choose a different feed I have to disable it again to load the new feed.
What about the America voting part? They said at the beginning that America would have a role again... Maybe this is a different twist for the actual winner, or something?
If there is a comp for singles or couples to come back, I hope it's with all of the evictees... I don't want to have to keep watching Allison... and I also don't want to watch Jen & Ryan in the house together again.
RE: the 1st quickie poll -- the HG's would be stupid to evict Sheila & Adam. They're not a threat at all! If Matt & Nat had stayed on the block, I can see how Allison & Ryan might have gotten to stay, but now, that would be a bad move!

I still believe that after Ryan and Allison are gone the sirens will go off and Julie will let them in on a new twist which is that now everyone will start to play for themselves. Think about it, 4 couples remain, which means 8 individuals that can fit the 2 month period left.
I seen a commercial here in my state that said something about a single british guy joining the HGs and will stir things up between the couples.

I feel bad for Josh…I’ve really taken a liking to him. His “cross snap” had me in stitches last night. I was really put off by him after the Amanda thing, but like I have said before, he apologized and was forgiven by her. I think he is a poor editor of himself and talks freely in a way that might sound hateful but deep down he is only flesh and bones like the rest of us. He’s a bit immature and I think when he gets out and has a look at himself he will correct a bunch of that ugly stuff. I think it is a shame that there is a picture of him allegedly doing drugs circulating the internet…unfortunately that sort of thing often happens to people who appear on television. Either way he’s just a guy who has done silly stuff and isn’t perfect and is on TV for us all to judge and pick at.
