Adam's Slop Violation
While it looks like Sheila and Adam will be safe in terms of the upcoming Veto Ceremony, they may not be out of the woods yet.
Last night at 1:30am, Joe at Reality BBQ caught a potential slop violation:
Adam eating a bagel with cream cheese, among other things. I thought is had been made clear to the HGs that the slop pass was over at midnight. Amanda, for example, was chugging milk right before midnight... Some say the rule was altered to "til you go to bed."
Do you think Sheila and Adam should get a penalty nom?

He was well aware of it.... but seemed not to care. 45 seconds to midnight... AManda rushed into the kitchen and drank straight out of the milk bottle to make sure she made it before time was up. Adam and Matt made fun of her. It went to flames for a few seconds... and it seemed they were warned it is now SLOP TIME. Adam kept eating...
if he does get a penalty nom when would they let the house know about it and what happens when that takes place?
I think adam should get a penalty nom.

And on an aside, does it bug anyone that the guys seem to be running everything and making decisions for their partners? The example in my mind is this:

Most DEFINITELY! He needs a penalty nom. I LOVE Alex & Natalie is pretty hilarious, so I think that one of them should get taken off & Sheila & Adam should be put up, because I cannot stand EITHER one of their bickering anymore. Ugh! I would definitely be very angry if they didn't get in trouble for this.
I heard two different things while watching the feeds last night.... one was that they had until midnight and the other was that they could eat until they went to bed... no sure which was the BB rule...
BB has a lot of thinking to do. they could tell josh and sharon they have to use the POV but then it doesnt seem like it was their decision and it is their thing they won. i am wondering if he does get a penalty nom (which he should) when and how is it going to happen.
The way I heard it, from jokers, they were told they could eat until they went to bed. True or not? Who knows.

The penalty nom should be for the person alone that violated the rule. I would bet anything that people are in sequester and one of them would be chosen to replace Adam should he be voted out. Wouldn't THAT stir things up!?! Both original nom would remain in the house and so would Sheila - WITHOUT Adam!
Personally, though, I would love to see both Adam AND Sheila gone. They are exhausting me. Oh... Then that would mean I would love to see Matt go, too. He exhausts me the most - well other than Sheila! Can't make up my mind. The HG'S must be getting to me!! Tee!Hee!
If I remember correctly, Jen was given a penalty eviction VOTE on BB8 when she violated the slop food restrictions...
Because Adam and Sheila aren't on the block, perhaps CBS will save this penalty vote until they are on the block?

I too heard a few of the houseguests say several times they had until they went to bed to eat. If BB was going to penalize Adam they would have said something about it already don't you think?
After the fiasco last year with Jen - with them changing the penalty because it would have worked in her favor if applied as originally intended - who knows?
I don't know Grodner's schedule...
Could be they're waiting for her to come in, since it happened late last night and today is Sunday...
I'm guessing as EP she has a day off carved out for herself, as well as a strict do not call unless it's an emergency policy...
Jen was given a penalty vote, but she was already on the block. The rule book says penalty nom (at least it did last season), and since they are playing as one, I would guess they would get it as a team.
But I'm also guessing they could eat until bed. Adam doesn't seem like the kind of guy to break the rules or intentionally self destruct. He doesn't handle Sheila well, but he seems to want to - if only he knew how.

Thanks, I did more research and y'all are right (not that I'd expect anything different from Carolyn and Jane); it's at Grodner's discretion whether or not he gets a penalty nom.
Sorry for the dumb question, I just started watching the show last season so Jen was the only history I had with penalties!
sarah - don't think you should put me in the same catagory with Carolyn. Besides, this is her job and I'm just a pathetic compulsive watcher. Lol.

I heard that they could eat until they went to bed, and that it was midnight - both from houseguests, so I think Adam believed it was until he went to sleep. I don't know which was the official ruling, but I doubt anything will be done about it because I have a feeling that it was 'until you go to sleep'.
Could be wrong, but I doubt it'll be brought to light at all. If it was until midnight, we would have gotten flames and he'd have been called into the DR immediately, I think.
ewwwwwwww Amanda drank straight out of the bottle lol, I only think Adam should get the penalty nom and not Sheila, I know they are a pair but both shouldn't have to suffer. He should be given an extra day or week on slop by himself or take his cigies away haha
With regards to the slop...has anyone found out what the reactions that Amanda and Alli had the other night from? I'm guessing the slop. A bad batch or something. It's just weird that two incidents like that would happen at the same time, with another HG seeming to be becoming ill.
As for Adam...I dont think that he would intentionally break this rule without announcing it to the house first so he could say, "Watch Me!"

on the tivo,says a house guest leaves , i'm thinking wed or thurs,whenever votes are up...and not houseguests or couple...so ,is that a hint that "Baller" might be gone??? and ,yeah,what was the verdict on Allison's out break? what was she elergic too? and the Late night last night was awesome...Nat and Chelsia strippin,WOW!! thats one for the archives!! Wonder how much they'll even mention that on the air this week?
it was saying somewhere this week,that A houseguest gets evicted,and not a couple or houseguests...does that mean "ballers" gone? and what was the verdict on Allison's allergy reaction? What was the cause of it. And the strip show by Nat and Chelsia was friggin awesome. One for the Archives!! Wow!! wonder how much they'll even mention it this week ,on the air?
He broke the rules. Why is it being questioned? It needs to be taken care of right away otherwise how can you call this a game?
i don't think it should go so far as a penalty nomination, over a bagel.
but it shouldn't go unpunished. i tihnk the best solution is to give adam and sheila a penalty vote when they ARE nominated.
