As of 8:55am BBT Sunday Morning, the HGs are all still snug in their beds - no great shock there. Scratch that! Joshuah just woke up. He's brushing his teeth, doing the oh-please-say-a-lower-number dance with the scale, and he looks like he's about to have a shower. Yup. He's in the shower now.
