I'm ba-ack!! Just popping my head in to say hello and let you know I haven't fallen off a cliff. More like stuck in massive traffic trying to get back onto my island after doing my mother a favor that took us both off the island...

Amanda & Allison dishing about Sheila. She's the talk of the house today. No one's happy with her or her behavior. Natalie joins Amanda and Alli, and echoes the hope that Joshuah & Sharon will use the veto and put Sheila (and Adam) up on the block, because they feel the house would vote unanimously to oust them - just to get rid of Sheila.

Maybe I'm romanticizing them, but I don't remember season 8 having the same damn conversation over and over and over and over ...
These people are like robots programed on a loop. Except for the near death experiences, it's getting painfully dull.

We only exist as we do in the universe to serve Sheila and are only sentient in as much as it is to be of use to Sheila.

Um Cliff...I think you forgot to mention that it's Shila's world and we are just living in it!
With this season, my new favorite word to use is certifiable. Honestly that word could be applied to a good amount of the people in the house (Dare I list those people and their certifiable ways?...Nah too tired...maybe later!)
But on a happy note, i.e. a non-Sheila mentioning note, I just got Showtime today so now I can watch BBAD! Here we come live feeds!

OMG, I just realized ... SHEILA POINSONED ALLISON. When did she get sick? After their fight, and Sheila swore that Allison would go down. Allison had no allergies, and all of a sudden anaphylactic shock? It's VERY suspicious.

The line, "it's on the tape" is way overused in this game. They use it when they are telling the truth, when they're fibbing, and when they don't have a clue what they said.
But, if you don't believe me, then go check the tape. ;)
Carolyn, why can't I view the videos? I've seen a couple, but for the most part, it says "We're sorry, this video no longer available."
Help? I'm missing stuffs! And I'd rather watch the links from the blog than trapse over to youtube.

They should just cancel the season and no one wins the money. These people are so irratating. If Allison could keep her mouth shut, her and Ryan could walk away with the money. She brings too much attention to herself. I really don't think the rest of them are not smart enough to stick to one plan and see it through.
Have the HGs of season's past every referred to themselves as 'characters'? This group keeps making a reference to being 'characters'...now here's why I ask:
I remember when the rumor of a winter BB8 began there was some talk of putting some of the actors out of work due to the writer's strike in the house together. Well, um, do you think the producers are just putting a little BB play for us? Maybe THAT is the twist this season? They are going to announce that while it hasn't been scripted, each person in the house was given a 'character' to play and maybe even each was given a different scenario to play out and the 'game' for them is to bring about those different scenarios? I mean, it has just been such a bizarre season from the beginning, hasn't it? Something is up...

OMG, Allison is such a witch. Didn't she make a packed with Shelia and Amanda if they heard something to come straight to the source. Allison is such a hypocrit. She's talking to much crap about Amanda. Maybe Amanda just didn't want to worry her mom thats why she didn't want them to call her mom. I know when to inform my Mom for cettain things just because I don't want her to worry about me. People are stupid and I hope it bites her in the Ass. She thinks shes prefect but she's not I hope that she gets out soon. I can't believe Ryan is letting her talk about Jen right now How hes to good for her who the hell is she. If that were my man and another women is trashing me I would expect him to back me up no matter what.

I have discovered that when I get the message that the video is no longer available, I double click on the video box and am sent straight to youtube that automatically plays the video for me. Try that and see if it works that way for you, too.
I really don't see Josh helping Amanda in any way shape or form... at least not as I see things yet. Its the least he can do after the TERRIBLE comment he made about her father though! That is completely inexcusible! I am hoping Sheila and Shit Head get put up and go home. I really thought I was gonna like Sheila but she is just too self centered for me! What does everyone else think?
Honestly, I am not a big Allison fan, but she's just using Chelsia's doubt to her advantage in the game. My interpretation of that conversation was more of Chelsia doubting and Allison chiming in with a little push. I don't think it is at all kind to use a scary scenario (Amanda having an attack) as a cause for doubting a person...the whole reason Chelsia doesn't believe it is because she doesn't like Amanda..if it were someone she liked, she'd never doubt it, she'd have been shaken up like the others.
I believe Josh is sincere. He has his game face on and he knows that if Matt and And Nat stay in the game it will lesson his chances of winning. It isn't because he likes Amanda, it just strategic. He has been trying to sway the whole house to Keep Amanda...and his urging her to let him campaign for her is just his way of getting her to shut her mouth...she always blabs stuff that she shouldn't and he doesn't want her to ruin her own chances.
I hope Amanda just lays low…it is so hard for her to do that. I have my fingers crossed that Josh has his way…this time.

Tasteless, tactful, despicable game-play on the part of Ali. Also, I'm sick and tired of hearing her talk about how much she likes Ryan and how much better for him she would be. At least Jen is in sequester (according to E!) and doesn't have anything concrete to stew over, like Ali trying to steal her boyfriend.
As horrible as this sounds. I was hoping Ali couldn't come back from the allergic reaction, since something in the house triggered it. Can't stand her.
I've seen lots of theories on here about keeping the season long enough - I actually thought last night was going to be a ploy to bring back evicted HG's - I guess we'll have to be in the dark until CBS reveals their next twist...
This has got to be Sheila's gameplay. Make everybody hate your guts and then they'll take you to the end because they think no one will vote for you to win the money and at least she'll win $50,000. I hope they bust her bubble and get rid of her now, she is so annoying.
Don't try to use anyone else's gameplay, invent your own. Just because it worked for them doesn't mean it'll work for you.
A lot of people had something against Amanda which I couldn't understand. Were we watching the same show? Natalie is the trouble maker she's the one who started that big blow up involving Chelsia, Josh and Amanda. She was suppose to be Amanda's friend, funny she only told what Amanda said in their convos. Yet no one has called her out on her backstabbing. As for Chelsia I don't know what she has against Amanda besides jealousy. Sharon is slick but I can't fault her, I think she is playing the game the best, the way it should be played. Former cozy lesbian lovers Allison and Sheila are now turning against each other. Allison of course because she got what she wanted from Sheila, her vote.

Maybe someone could answer this question for me: Joshuah mentions that he "owes" Amanda and will help her out. Just what is it that Joshuah owes Amanda? Is he just trying to be nice to her because Alex/Amanda didn't put them up before or did something actually happen that Amanda did something good for Joshuah or Sharon (or Neil if it stems back that far)?? Thanx!

I am so enjoying Showtime. It starts off with the ladies discussing what Nat should say to Matt about the issues they have, mainly how he makes ev1 think she's in love with him. The ladies encouraged her to confront Matt in front of all the guys while they were playing pool and then immediately go back inside.
Before she could accomplish her mission, the pool game was over and the boys were headed inside. B/C Natalie wanted to discuss the issues in front of the other HGs, Matt decided to invite everyone for a "jerry springer" session and yelled for the whole house to come.
Well Sheila is the last to come in and she immediately started talking and asking questions and I am sure was trying to make this about her, but before she could, EVERY HGs told her to just be quiet and listen. Not Even 2 secs later the DR called her in and everyone clapped!! LOVED THAT...BB didn't want her turning their footage into "the Sheila Show" so they got her outta there quick!!LOL
That was pure entertainment. Now Nat/Matt are talking alone in the BR and I think they are finally realizing that they were both misunderstood on quite a few issues b/c of the lack of, or poor communication. It seems they have come to some realizations. Still not sure how long they can stay eye-to-eye, but maybe they will have a stronger relationship and in turn, a stronger team. Just may be a tad bit late.
Nat has definitely grown on me, especially now that I found out she doesn't like Dick & Dani. Matt got a few points with a few things he said, but that still leaves him in the negative. I would still like to see them stay and Alex and Amanda Leave. Cuz for me Amanda has more negatives and annoyances.
I've noticed today that Amanda seems more laid back, but that could be from the meds they gave her. Maybe she should stay on meds......I know it helps me with issues I have :)
If Sheila wasn't given false info last night she never would have argued with Alison. It wasn't her fault Alison got sick, woo hoo I'm glad the veto isn't getting used, yipeeeee Sheila and Adam are safe for another week.
Sheila wasn’t given false info…Amanda and Alex were up in the HOH room telling everyone not to make fun of Sheila when they were all having a laugh about her yeast infection. Allison didn’t really say much and Amanda thought it was strange. Amanda was filling Nat in about the situation and Natalie felt it necessary to go and tell all of that to Sheila (again she caused trouble in the house and got off without any blame!).
At that time, Sheila was getting all wound up about it and Amanda had to go talk to her & Nat to try and keep her name clear. Natalie didn’t relay the entire story correctly…but Amanda tried to clear it up saying that they were all teasing and Allison didn’t defend Sheila and that Amanda wasn’t planning on telling anyone about it, but the Natalie spilled the beans etc.
At that point, Sheila realized that Natalie was going to get blamed for spilling the beans and since Sheila felt that Nat was her “friend” she basically threw Amanda right under the bus and told Allison that Amanda was trying to turn them against each other. She lied and said that Amanda came to her and told her about the teasing etc. It was Nat who told Sheila…but Sheila protected Nat and blamed Amanda.
Sheila also said a whole lot of stuff regarding Allison that she was hardly provoked to say…going on and on about how she should have kept Parker and Jen. Then, within seconds (she flips that quickly) she was crying and holding Allison telling her that she didn’t hate her and that Amanda got in her ear and made her angry at Allison…as if Amanda were the master and Sheila a puppet (PLEASE!). She continued to blame Amanda and bring the story up with several HG’s for the rest of the day…Of course Amanda is an easy target…most of the HG’s do not like her and Sheila was well aware that if she blamed her she’d get out of the situation without looking too bad.
The “woe is me” card is definitely a big part of her game play. Though she is not liked, she knows that there is another person in the house who is liked even less (Amanda)…and she happens to be on the block against a person that she thinks is her new Allison (Nat) so you can bet your bottom dollar that she’s going to try to turn the house against Amanda as best she can over the next few days.
Amanda, stop trusting Natalie! She has gotten you into trouble several times already!!!
Just wanted to say something about the Shelia/Alli/Amanda stuff. When Amanda was out in the BY with Alex, Matt, and Parker, Alex told her that she needed to break the alliance between Alli/Sheila and then have Sheila on their side. I do believe that the drama between Alli and Sheila was caused by Amanda, as a plan of stategy for the game. This happened and it can not be denied, please review the live feeds or tapes on youtube. Alli and Shelia are ot ganging up against Amanda, they are just confronting her for the part that she has played.
Amanda tries to act like she is clueless. Remember the whole, "at least I won't be considered the whore"(the hot tube incident with Nat). By saying this, she implied that anyone that was takingoff their clothes(Nat)was a slut/whore. She didn't say it directly, but she did none the less say this to be mean(Alex told her that she was jealous because all the attention was on Nat, so she had to do something to draw attention to herself-The HGs are not fooled by Amanda's antics, not evn her own partner). Even after both Alex and Parker explained to her that saying that comment was the same thing as calling Nat a "slut/whore", she still acted like she did not understand.
Yes. Amanda is indeed involved in the rift between Alli and Sheila. She befriended them and used what she could to try to break them up.
