Now then, on to business. ;) I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this episode. I think they did a phenomenal job with absolutely every aspect. Honestly, with all the hours upon hours of footage and complexity they had to deal with, I thought it was darn near perfection.

i deffinitly look at adam differently now. the guy did not have to give sheila the 10 grand..he hasn't ever mentioned a thing about motorcycles. i am deffinitly kinda rooting for adam.:) Ryan; i can't believe out of all the prizes...(take the bike sell the bike) he took the money from sheila.. oh ryan.

Ryan says he is no one's B****, Really! That is so stupid to me. I really liked Ryan but he has really been proving that he does not have a mind of his on. He has become one of Matt's followers. That's who's B**** he is, hilarious!!!
I used to hate Matt and Sheila only a little bit ....
Now, I completely hate both of them. I can't believe how in your face Matt was to everyone after the veto meeting, yet on the feeds he (and Nat) made it sound like James and Chelsia started that feud. Typical.
The things I want to say about Sheila aren't allowed here ... :) Her and Matt need to be the next two to go.
Matt is just to cocky and urgh... I dont see how people can like him.. I must be missing something?

Ryan F'd up big time. Does he really think Matt will take to final 2 or 4 whatever it is?? Matt will be sucking up to whoever is the next HOH. Now I understand why the pickle incident happened but they should have poured the pickle juice on Matt - what an a$$ he was right after the POV ceremony. Ryan, Matt, Nat and Shiela are so stupid that they didn't go after Josh. And Sharon is just as little liar. She needs to go. Kinda odd they don't show her with her blue blankie on CBS.

Shiela Is Matt's MOTHER! Do you see it now?? It is plain and simple.
Last night on AD, matt told james to be ready for a shocker at the end of it all. Shiela flipped ryan to not back door matt, and put josh up, but it turned to james instead.
They are using different names and if enough digging is done, they are connected some way. Shiela is running interferance for Matt to stay in the game.
See what I say.
For my money the best players are Adam and Sheila. Sheila's not my favorite person on the show but she is smart and seems a step or two ahead of the others, although I wish she toned her drama down 3 or 4 notches.
Adam is Mr. Cool, laying low, let the narcissists and histrionics flame out early and hell be there at the end.
Should be interesting the identity and the integration of the dispatched houseguest tomorrow night. S/he will either be a target or a power broker.

I think Ryan's comment about not being anyone's b---- was ridiculous. If he had back-doored Matt - he would have been Josh's B----. By nominating James, he is Matt's B----. If he had been thinking for himself he would have nominated Sheila. No one in the house would have cared.
I have been voting for Allison since I found out about James' nom. She is in no way my favorite but since my boy is leaving... I want her in there to go after those who burned her.
Oh yeah, did anyone else notice Matt's aggressive hand on Josh's face/head/ear at the end of the show?
I feel no sympathy for Shelia... everyone is in that house to make money. Ryan had the opportunity, to get NOTHING or get 10,000, what would you have done?
Shelia looks damn good in the uni, so i'm happy.
I'm not usually a fan of cocky people but it really seemed like Matt was the underdog in this one and Josh was the favorite so i rooted for Matty.
Matt is a pompous ____!! I am trying to be as nice as I can be! He is such a jerk! I want him gone sooo badly! I will be sad to see James go! I really hope Chelsia wins HOH, and opens a can on the house!
Personally I think Adam can sell a motorcycle won on Big Brother on Ebay for a LOT more than $10,000 so instead of being so "nice", I think he is more a "fast thinker"? I don't think the man gives two bleeps about Sheila. Just my two pennies :o).
I have no respect for Matt. All he does is use people. The way he uses Nat is nasty. See how he hung all over her on the couch. He knows that is all he has to do to keep her under his thumb. Has he been true to his word to anyone. he thinks he is such a big man. He has done one thing on his own in this game--the girls have been the power in the Vetos and HOH. Matt and Nat need to go.

Adam talks about motorcycles all the time. He is a big fan, so this win... was perfect for him.
Sheila should have received the worst prize. She came in last in the contest. Last place equals worst prize. Simple.

OK. The voting ends tonight. I believe someone said that our beloved Carolyn's site is the most popular BB9 site (as it should be). This means, maybe, if we form an alliance, we can control the voting and bring back the houseguest of our choice. Now, "our choice" is the tricky part since there is clearly the vocal Alex and Allison factions with a couple of Amandas and Jacobs in there. But perhaps we can pull together like Allison and Jun, and agree to put aside our differences in the interest of the game.
Let's have a quick discussion with input from y'all and choose someone.
Alex- PROS: He is smoking hot. He makes me want to run Cougar ads on Craigslist. He is probably the most decent human being to have been on this cast and there is the 9/11 empathy thing.
CONS: No game. Too decent a person to thorw people under forms of public transportation. Laid there like a hooker with a heroin problem while Matt effefd him, only he didn't get paid. He admitted he blew it. Also, certain member of the Bro-lliance. A vote for Alex is a vote for Matt. Will not add to making the game compelling to watch.
Amanda: Pros: Female and it would seaparate her from Ales, whatever is happening with that if anything. . I thnk that is it.
CONS Is the sort of female who needs male attention. Doesn't seem to have much game and would probably aid and abet the Bros.
Allison: PROS: Smart-ish, at least compared to the rest of this crew. Would probably be able to rally a strong female team. Would FREAK JOSHUAH's SHiZ. We might get a nice encounter over Stinky Vajayjaygate. Would give Sheila a buffer for when the Bros cast her aside (if you aren't a Sheila hater) Strong contender to win this endurance comp and really shake up the house.
CONS: Annoying as all get out. Whiny. Can't take blame for errors but can take credit where it might not be due. Really pushy.
JacobL PROS: Would annoy Sharon, but who cares enough about her for it to matter.
CONS: Bro. Jacob Who?
Parker: PROS: Funny. Endorsed by ED.
CONS: Sore loser, Likely Bro.
Jen: PROS: Female, could throw off Bros
CONS: Freakishly white teeeth, no brains, would probably join the Bros. Probbaly get tossed out fast.
I vote for Allison (duh). Her pros are game related and etertainment enhancement while her cons are mostly due to her lousy personality, which hopefully she reflected on in sequester.
What sayeth youse? Can we form a voting alliance? Why should I vote for your fave?
I love BB, but this season is just plain ugly. I really do like Josh and find him fun to watch, but don't understand how he can be so unforgiving and judgemental, when he is part of a minority that has felt such huge discrimination. Live and let live, Josh!! Everyone has the personal freedom to be whatever they wish to be. Men in glass houses, and all that junk.

Matt was a bit of an %ss after the veto replacement but I am so happy that he is still in the game. I am a Matt fan. I am so happy that Sheila is finally playing the game. Still can't stand Josh or Chelsia, they have to go very soon.

I couldn't stand Amanda. I am voting for her to come back. I'm not a big fan of James but he is right Sharon is the most boring person in the world. I wasn't sure she had a pulse till the hot tub orgy.

Ad detailed and helpful as I normaly am (eyeroll), nope. I don't even have the feeds. I can barely watch the clips here and on youtube. Too many annoying accents and grating droners.
Hell, I couldn't even figure out how to watch the east coast feed live and still don't know ehere to find the video til either CBS or YOUTUBE gets it uploaded.

i disagree with the statement that alex has no game..
his bff johnnytremz told us in the interview he did with carolyn about a month ago that alex had a very clear game plan walking into the house and he had to throw that right out the window when he found out that it was couples.. as did everyoe else, true. BUT no one else had amanda as a partner who started rumors about everyone and tried turning parker against her own partner with the "he's sooooo jealous" crap... alex had a loud and outspoken partner who actually tried turning people against him, and alas, against her too. (why she did that i still don;t kno..) but anyway the only choice alex had was to downplay everything amanda did.
if he goes back into that house i KNOW he will come in with a plan and he will def be more interesting (and as all the women have stated.. something to look at!!)
this probably won't change anyone's mind. but i just wanna add my opinion... im voting for alex allll the wayy.. but if he doesnt get in, i do hope amanda does, she stirred stuff up and i liked her drama ( i just didnt like it at alex's expense)
This is a game. I can't fault Ryan for taking the prizes. They are all there to win. What did you realy expect Ryan to do with the unitard? He didn't need the power of veto. He's not on slop. I would have done the same thing. It is a game....that is often played at bridal showers...you can keep the prize you have or switch it with someone else. The only difference here is they knew what the were trading for instead of the outside wrapping.
I was so happy seeing Matt do that to Josh!!!! OMG Josh, "the queen", needs to be knocked off his pretentious throne. He is so catty, abusive and mean. I want Alison back to torture him!!!

You go Sheila. I think she is on to this game better than we are giving her credit. I think she is laying low (kind of) until it is time to corral the girls. She's playing the game close to her chest. But I really think she will rally the girls when the guys have done the dirty work. Matt is just a distraction and disposable when ready. The reason she wants Josh gone is simple, he slithers between the two and can't be trusted by either side.

I saw something peculiar on Jokers when I was trying to find the show. On the lefthand side there was a statement aouut being careful about setting up some kind of automated voting (huh? is this like automtically hitting redial?) and that they were going all going as votes to Allison.
Now, I have no idea what this is all about, nor am I certain of the veracity fo the statement without any supporting evidence. Does anyone know what this is about? While I would be thrilled to have ALlison back (and yes, Alex had no game- I laid it out in detail- he made every classic BB mistake and his clear game plan probably sucked,so maybe he had lousy game, not no game). I would hate to see a rigged vote in. Could CBS be rooting for Alli:?

the danger is that your vote might not be attributed to the person you want to vote for... then again, they might be.
i haven't even looked for the auto voting sites this year..

Is anyone else having problems viewing BB on Youtube? xx200xx is great about putting things on there all day. Tonight I seen there was several new ones but you can't see them, just hear them. After some searching, I noticed all that had to do with BB was the same way, even past seasons. All other videos are fine. So is it you tube or me?! LOL

This season of BB is giving me a stomach ulcer. I agree with you Carolyn that the editing for tonights episode was fab. Even though I have read/watched feeds all week long it put some things into perspective for me and, if I may, I need to vent.
Shiela drives me nuts! When she whined and complained about Ryan taking the 10k from her over the red unitard I'm thinking "well, duh!" I'd take the cash too! What does she expect? I mean it's a game. And if she really thinks Adam had her best interest at heart she has another thing coming to her. All Adam cares about is his next smoke and HJ. And when Chelsia called her out on playing the single mother card she was right on the money. There are plenty of women who are single mothers are doing just fine thank you very much.
James, I like him & find him intriguing and funny at times but concerning that he has thrown Chelsia under the bus. HE suggested she be put on the block, poetic justice that he should replace her.
Matt is driving me crazy with his pimping ways and attitude. I want to see him gone ASAP. And his accent drives me crazy (and not in the sexy, good way!)
Natalie is so gross. I'm sorry but I would not be airing my dirty laundry about abortions, lost tampons, stripping, etc, etc all over national tv.

I want to campaign for Amanda. At first, I wanted Alex. Well... because he's sweet and beautiful. I cannot go along with your pleas for Allison because she annoyed the crap out of me and was psycho.
Amanda is my current vote for the following reasons:
1. She is a girl, and would not help out these cocky guys. (Meaning all of them.)
2. She is interesting and stirs the pot enough to make everyone seriously freak out and cause drama.
3. She's adorable. I'm married and not a lesbian, but if I was, she'd be my type! ;)
However, from what I've read... a lot of people are voting for Allison or Alex. (Has anyone read/seen differently) and I'd MUCH MUCH MUCH rather have Alex than Allison, so I'm scared to waste my votes on Amanda. Does that make sense? Probably not.

I think Amanda needs your vote more than Alex. Biskit, wherever that person is, is a big fan. so that makes two of youl I srongly suspect that Alex will return as I bet his supporters click the most often. Allison is the Thinking Woman's Choice- she is probably over 35, single, puts way too much thought into this when she should be out there trying to land a husband, and the thought of an Alex return brings back sccary memories of her own personal hummergate at the bro infested frat enclaves of her alma mater and the pain that came from loving Dr. Noah Drake as played by Rick Springfield on General Hospital, knowing it could never be requited and was futile. This Thinking Woman is the same kind of person who cannot be bothered to vote a zillion times. Or am I just talking about myself?
my vote is for Amanda. i think it should be a girl, and i dislike Jen and especially Allison WAY too much to want to bring them back. Allison is so incredibly condescending to everyone, she definitely thinks she's better and smarter than everyone. With Amanda, she definitely brings drama but not in a way that makes her unlikeable. In my humble opinion anyways!
and just catching up on all of the drama from the past couple days....i can't believe how disrespectful Josh can be. honestly, i'm really surprised (or maybe i'm not) that he's able to continue these horrible tirades on the HGs, especially the low blows about families and personal crises. i just don't get how someone who i'm sure deals with a LOT of adversity in his life would exert so much energy to being so nasty about other people's hard times.

I for one am not surprised that Adam wanted the motorcycle. Did anyone hear him talking about riding motocross aond BBAD? His dad used to ow na bike dealership. Even if it's not a motocross bike, it's still something that will be extremely useful to him outside of the house.
Or maybe he has a thing for Sheila. At least she looks better than Jen did last season. :D

I discovered Carolyb during All Starts while doing a BB seaach on myspace. I have read the blog religously ever since but never the comments. It was my curiosity to see who people favored that had me read the comments for the frist time (I think) and my shock and awe that Allison was not a seeming contender. I think my first comment was something to the tune of "Is Alex an aotomatic shoo in, or shoould I boher to vote for Allison (plus a lot of snarkiness)"
Totally did not like Jessica either, fwiw. Mostly bc of her voice probably. I was ED all the way. And I did not appreciate Joshikins saying he was probably being portrayed as a gay ED. What hubris.

And to be truthful, no, it is not feeling any better. AND it's actually my back (lumbar region) and my knees. I have been going to PT, but seems like I just feel worse afterwards and makes my Therapist kinda angry, but what am I supposed to do?? LIE?!?! And say "OH YES MY BACK FEELS SOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!" Nope, not me.
Had x-rays of knees taken yesterday and the dr. said, "I can tell you 2 things from the looks of these. #1 you used to play football (DUH!!!) and you have lifted weights from a very young age." Which he is correct on both. I played 8 years of football (1 year collegiate), and started lifting weights when I was a 7th grader. He then said, "You're a 39 year old young man, with a 59 year old senior citizens knees. I'm saying you will probably have to have them both REPLACED by the time you are 45." So, the GREAT NEWS just keeps on comin'!!

Bis- my broher in law is getting shoulder replacement surgery and he is 39. Was QB at his prep school, and probably also a LAX player, but I think his heviest lifting in college came from handling the Graffix. My condolensces. His surgery is in a couple of weeks. he has already had several surgeries on the shoulder. His dad, a big tennis player, had his resplaced as well.

I actually felt Jess and ehr crew was Nerd Herdy, and it wasn't a voice thing. And of course I already stated my feelings about Eric and the whole respresentaion issue. In fact, I can remember the line that got me off him, something like "There is this six foot five muscle guy from Minnesota and this little 5'7" Jew from NY is going to take him out. Mmmmhahahahahaha". That I did not dig so much.
Though I am a five foot seven Jewess who lives in NY. Perhaps I am a self-loather? Nah, I am much hotter than that nebbish was. Not all Jews have to rely on their propensity for numerical analysis to take down the hottie Gentiles.
What am I babbling about? I will miss you guys after the live show as I will be making my way bak from the TV and Electtonics section of Circtui City on 86th Street to watch this stupid show.

Ok - how much can you hate Matty for doing what he's doing when Natalie enables him to do it. He knows that's his "in" to play the game.
Ryan is stupid. The same kind of stupid that caused him to panic and tell Allison about Jen within the first week.
Josh is just gross to me. He's trying to be E.D. but...just ain't working. His blow-ups are insane.
I've voted several times to bring Alex back. Alex isn't stupid. Give him another chance and I'm certain his game play will be different and that he has likely analyzed what happened enough to see that Matty didn't "have his back".
