How awesome are Josh's parents?!?! (his story about coming out). I'm straight, so I've never had to deal with the fear of being rejected because of my sexuality---but I think we could all use more unconditional love in our lives and I think Josh's story about his parents was great. I thought the part about his dad's only request was funny---I wonder if he meant it funny at the time.
Jane - Correct - I'm Jewish too. :) Even thought of going to rabbinical school at one point... Lived on a kibbutz... wen to High School in Israel.. speak fluently..

she'll probably still be delusional even after she gets out. I have said many times it's horrible the way Matty talks about her behind her back---but the truth is, he does it to her face too! And she just doesn't get it. Someone is going to have to sit her down and explain it all to her before the cloud clears enough for her to grasp what's been going on. I hope that same person is there to protect her when every man in the "real" world lines up to be the next guy to take advantage of her. Talk about a target on your back--she has just advertised to every "bad" man in Oregon who she is and what a great victim she makes.

Meeeeeeema! ;) hehehe. ummm.. No! lol. I didn't. beginning of the 1st season I was thrilled to have 150 people a day on the blog... last season I was blown away when it got up to an average of about 1500/hour. This season it's averaging double that again.
I'm consistently blown away.

I started out feeling sorry for Nat, then I thought it was all an act, now I realize she's THAT girl, the needy, "Oh please protect me" girl who's one goal in life is to be liked. She'll be fine in the real world. People will think she's adorable and take care of her. Kinda like a puppy. Delusional? Definitely! Two faced? Yes. Going through life with a double standard? Of course!
Seeing how Matt treats her, one can only surmise that she likes it that way.

How much of what we saw was for the camara. Did you see him look over and look directly into the camara? I think he is looking back on his past actions and trying to get a little sympathy from us. Not so fun when your not the one calling the plays. To me, it just looked phony. I didn't believe it.

Good God, Natalie is an E True Hollywood Story in progress, minus the Hollywood part. Loved the "Psycho" music the producers gave her last night. Excellent snarky soundtrackc all around. Natalie is a total Jack the Ripper victim.
SUNDAY SHOW QUESTION:
I Tivo the show so I generally bloop bloop bloop through commercials. Last night I somehow caught a Safe Sex message featuring a gay man who was HIV positive or had AIDS, not sure. Is this a standard commercial on BB or was this a Mea Culpa from CBS regarding Josh's ommentary on barebacking?
Loved his dance moves on the Sunday Show, and the prayer where he wishes for a flatter stomach and not a six pack with the reord scratch sound. Hilarious. Isn't pride or vanity or narcissism one of the Ten Deadly Sins? Or coveting someone eses;s abs? My family did not inlict religon upon me so I have no idea.
Natalie seems to be one of those people pleasers, she will probably get out and see this show and be like ohhhhh well he did more good things than he did bad things to me and "behind my back" so its all goooooooood,,,,,,,right matty, I know you love me, it was all an act wasnt it matty, oh ok i'll get away from you immediatly matty just one more kiss ok matty.......hehehehe.... Okay once again my bi-polar personaility comes out (j/k) but I use to HATE josh but I thought his rameling in hte hot tub was GREAT! ROLMAO. He is probably somone I would love to hang out with (if he wasn't pised at me LOL) Then to see him break down and talk about his family. You can really tell the stress is getting to him and that he can/is a sensative/caring guy. His family is awesome. From your interview with his siter (thanks by the way) and the story of his parents you can tell he comes from a loing family and he is probably a very caring person with a funny personality. I think he is overwhelemed and stressing out and that is making him go way overboard in situations. But I have to say Nat and her big mouth was really egging him on yesterday. She reminded me of little 5 yr old school bully "Nana nana boo boo, your allicance is ****" I was wanting her shut up and I wasn't even there. Part of me can understand how he got to the point of dumping water on her. Was it right? No But I get and I don't think he is as bad of a person as everyone is making him out to be.
I would have bet my dog Adam was Jewish if I didn't know he was uncut.

Hmmmm... so pretty much his parents want Josh to date men who are the exact opposite of him? I mean I am no butch gay man but Josh kinda makes me look like the guy on Brawny paper towels!
Eventhough Josh has made other people feel really badly about themselves, it was sad seeing him break down like that. Imagine how hard it must be living in that house! No TV... no music... NO BB9DISH!! How could one go on?!
On a lighter note HOW FUNNY WAS SUNDAY'S SHOW! Natalie saying how good of a speller she is and then cannot even spell cerel (yes, I intentionally misspelled that)... the 27 letters int eh alphabet... the 3 colors in the block... OYE!
And even funnier... Josh's prayer in the hot tub... going so gracefully and then he asks for a FLAT STOMACH?! I was literally laughing out loud with the Natalie and Josh scenes last night!
Last night's show was by far one of my most enjoyable of this season!
I would just like to say that these girls don't now how to handle it! lol If they threw that stuff at me it would turn into a massive water/food fight! Grow a pair Nat! Chances are I'd be removed from the house but it would be SOOOOOOOO worth it!

I am not Jewish but have many awesome friends that are. Was it as painful for you as it was for me and my friends to see how Eric last year did nothing to help Jewish stereotypes? I think my friends would agree Eric is a poor representation of the Jewish Community and most certainly a Nebbish!!
I remember Countney Love stating at the time of Cobain's death that "He needed to have some Jew in him" (she is eithe a quarter or half Jewish).
As someone who is a Ful Blooded Jewess, I would like to say that Natalie could use some Jew in her. A lot. In fact, I propse to Ms Grodner, who I am guessing is also a Jewess, that there be a Big Brother 10: Mazel Tov edition. Instead of filling the house with a slew of uneducated, white trash types with the brains and cunning of what is left of my toenail, how about a house full of the Chosen People? Then you would see some savvy gameplay where the gals run the show.
I would also jsut like to say that Matty defending women does not go against his chauvinist pig character. It is right in line. He thinks Woman is weak and inferior and need the protection of Man. He should receive no further props or slams on this. I'm not gonna lie. It ain't news, bro.

Carolyn - lol I would lose my mind! Which is why I won't apply for the show! :) I can handle high stress very well, WHEN there is something that I can do to alleviate the problem causing the stress or use my destress tactics such as music. In this house I would have a hard time with destressing and when I can't do that I flip out! lol And I can be horribly mean but as mean as I can be there are lines that I wouldn't cross and these people have crossed the lines! But yeah, if you want to see entertaining lock my butt up in a box with a bunch of catty women and womanizing men (one of which - Matt- reminds me of an ex-boyfriend of mine, who obviously I can't stand) and watch the sparks fly!!! Which is why most of the time I try not to judge to much because this is a sort of social experiment, they are like our little lab rats. And some poor behavior that they may not normally be capable of is going to happen...But that being said there are things in this house that have been happening which make you go Hmmmm... and wonder if these people are really like that. Such as Natalie's needyness and lack of self respect (I'm thinking this is the real her!) Matt being such a womanizer... as much as he reminds me of my ex I think that his friend may be right - if he loves you he is all in otherwise you are nothing, and Josh repeatedly verbally abusing all these "lovely" young ladies. I use lovely and ladies very loosely! :)

1. I don't know if you watch "Rescue Me" but there was a sotory line where the Chief's sone was gay and he was finally learning to deal with it. Then he walked in on his son being the bottom in a sex encounter and he screamed something like "I am learning to be ok with you being gay, but do you have to be the girl in the relationship?" I might think Mr. Joshuah Sr. might rethink his position upon seeing that episode.
2. Last night's episode reminded me what was missing from this season (well, one of many things) and that is the role of BB producers mocking the tools in the house, which they did so well last year. Bring on the theme music. Forget a protagonist, that is what this season hss been lacking.
Josh cry me a river....Can you say staged? HMM I think I'll lie under the Letter From Home sign, pretend I'm not looking through my fingers at the cameras and then pick up the letter as the camera pans down. Finally I'll flip off my hat so that America can see I have "Real" tears. LMAO

I definitely have a soft spot in my heart for Natalie. I just have to remember that she's young. She's needy. I am afraid that she has some major "daddy issues" or something. I want to hug her and talk to her. I think she needs a good big sister or mentor. I hope that after this show, she can learn to love and respect herself. And, I actually think that her pigtails and socks are cute!
Do I think that she shot herself in the foot yesterday as far as the Game goes? Absolutely. Did she cross the line? Yep, who hasn't?

I think that if any of us were locked up in a cage for 90 days, we might be ourselves, but we would be an exagerrated version. Our strengths might be smothered, and our weaknesses might be more pronounced. Geez, I got mad at my husband after being in the house for 4 days! I don't even want to know what I'd be like in the BB house! I know that I would be extremely hyper and entertaining at some moments, and probably rage with anger at others. Who knows!?

I'm a Libra as well. This is why I always try to weigh the good and bad in each HG and situation.
As for loveable Natalie. Can't buy it. I am tired of women being ditzy, the same way many gay guys may be tired of Josh' drama. Amber and Natalie could be sisters in that regard. All too chatty about private stuff.
Eric's representation of Jews was like Joshuah's representation of gays. just mortifying. My sister and I cringed throughout his time.
I also wanted to add that the comments about any of the girls in the house being fat have really rubbed me the wrong way! People and comments like that are the reason that there are SO many girls in this country who have eating disorders! These girls look great! They did the same thing to Britney at the VMA's if you wanted to pick on her pick on the performance not her weight! I am so tired of these thin girls being called fat all the time! UGH! Saying Natalie is a lovesick puppy is very two days after the bjs. This puppy bites others in the name of its owner who doesn't want it, has taken it to the SPCA twenty times, has abused it and would euthanize it if he could and its vote wasn't still needed.
Natalie is legally insane. She cannot or will not tell the difference beetween how she sees things and how things really are. It is pathetic at best. This puppy is choosing to be abused by someone it doesn't need to rely on for food and shelter.
Matty made a deal with the devil when he accepted that second hummer and "didn't even have to kiss her". Natalie is the gift that keeps on giving. Matt will need to file a TRO against her if she can figure out where Boston is on a map, bc I sense she is no stranger to violence and does not know the difference.

People shouldn't look at the HGs as a "representation" of their race/religion/sex/sexuality, etc.
It bugs me when this happens. It just feeds into stereotyping and I don't think it is fair to give the HGs, or anyone for that matter, the burden of representing an entire "group of people."
