The boys are still quite proud of themselves for their display yesterday. They feel it successfully screwed the women, who wanted an easy week, and saved them from Natalie making an effort to campaign. They discuss the benefits of voting Natalie out vs keeping her.
Adam seems keen on splitting the vote to make Sheila veto to evict Natalie, so Sheila loses Natalie's jury vote. Ryan subtly pushes for them to both vote to evict Natalie, saying Sheila's right about it making them look better to the jury.
Ultimately, they seem to agree Nat is still the one to evict this week.

Adam & Ryan are talking about who to keep, who to evict and who will get the jury votes... Natalie is attractive to them as a final 2 choice, but since leaving her in eliminates one of them from the final 2, they agree she has to go.
Ryan: Now is the time to think about who you wanna stand next to in the final 2... My best bet would be Natty.
Adam: Yeah.. It'd be Chatty.
Ryan: Yeah, man, but if we keep her for that reason, we'd end up getting f'd.
Adam: That's why we brought it to a head today, ya know?
Ryan: One of us is gonna have to end up screwing the other in the end, dude.
Adam: Yeah... One of us would get the 500g's. You know you'd toss me out to keep Natty, 'cause you know you'd get the money.
Ryan: How does the final 3 work?
Adam: The HoH decides who goes home.
Ryan: Well, then... No... Natty is going home, then. We can't do that.
Adam: 'Cause, yeah, dude. We'd have to turn on each other in the end... So yeah... Chatty Natty is going, dude... We need to do it now then. Not wait until the end. She'll screw us both... You ain't beating Sharon in the end, dude... No one hates her. She's been on the block every week. They have to give her the money.
Ryan: Yeah for being a mole. Not being a threat.
Adam: You think she's dumb enough to say she'd go to the end with us? And we'd get the money?
Ryan: Yeah, 'cause she don't wanna go to the end with Sheila.
Adam: Sharon would get the money.
Ryan: Man, they've (Sheila & Sharon) been stuck up each other's asses.
Adam: We've gotta get both of them out.
Ryan: I'm stuck no matter which way I go. I'll take the 50k, man. I'm fine with that.
Adam: The only way to guarantee the 500g's, man, is to take Natty to the end.
Ryan: I don't know, man.
Adam: She don't give a f' about me, dude.
Ryan: Dude, it's just me and you to the end, dude. Whoever wins, wins... Whoever wins just has to buy the other a car or something, dude.
Adam: We'll give the other some money.
Ryan: Like what? How much?
Adam: I guess like 25g's?
Ryan: That sounds good. I'll do that to get to the end.
Adam: Yeah, it would huge...
Ryan: How about 51g's?
Adam: Yeah, that'll work, dude. I'd rather see you have the money.
Ryan: Yeah, dude, you're my freakin' boy.
Moments later, Adam gets called to the DR and we learn later they told him that making deals to share the money is a big no-no. The boys are up a while longer after this conversation, but the meat of the matter is concluded here.

Wow, cool story Adam. You rarely hear about what they did to the local non Jews in WWII. Props for loving the "keytar," the best instrument to come out of the 80's. Lol
Me thinks something happened to all the HG's when Natalie fried I mean dyed her hair ... they all had a few more brain cells killed by the fumes.
Then later more fumigating when Natalie bleached Sharon's hair.
All this hair frying is head spinning. These ladies are smoking hot and it's coming from all the hair products ... they're hair is on fire!

I thought Adam was smart but he didn't seem to notice how much Ryan was trying to keep Sharon and get rid of Natalie. Adam even asks him if they are in an alliance and Ryan denies it, telling Adam that Sharon never approched him. I wish Adam would get a clue!
I can't wait to see if they actually go through with evicting Natalie, she really is the biggest threat for endurance. Next week I'd like to see Sharon go.
It's really crazy to see S/A make it so far from where they started, they were almost the first couple evicted!!!
Anyone see the BBAD crawler last night that said "See another eviction wed" I know this could obviously mean whichever one HG that will be evicted but I just saw a commercial that said the same thing. Do you think they might be keeping us in the dark and "another eviction" could actually mean another in addition to this weeks...

When I was growing up we had a live in polish maid and one day my mother picked up the phone and she heard the maid speaking with another maid who lived our friends home talking about how she spit in the dirty Jews soup!! (they were speaking in Polish which my mother understands fluently)
Why dont these guys know that natalie can not win this. Right now Sharon has atleast 3 of the Jury votes. And Matt will talk Nat into voting however he wants.
Wouldn't they HAVE to do a double eviction (or at least two in one week) since the completion date is now less than two weeks away? They have too many people or am I missing something?

I love how the boys think that Nat isn't going to campaign to them now. Actually idiots she prob wasn't going to before, now she def will.
I was wondering if there would be a fast forward this week or a double eviction, b/c if you do the math, I think they need to get down to 3 people this wed. and starting the final 3-part process sunday the 20th or tuesday the 23rd for the finale to be on the 27th. I don't know, but that's what I was thinking. Carolyn, any input?
There had been talk on here a while back about Adam possibly being Jewish because his grandfather was in the concentration camp. I'm so glad he told this story because people need to know that while many Jews suffered many Polish people did as well, along with handicap people, gay people, etc, etc. The story Adam told was the most interesting story on BB in a while!

I really hope that they evict Natalie and Sharon wins HOH. If she does, the game is as good as hers because against the boys, she probably wins the endurance in final 3 and against a boy and shiela she still probably wins. Then she can probably win the last set of questions about your houseguests... she's talked to everyone!

Not that I think it turned out the way I wanted it to, and I have to wonder if the DR gave Gnat a heads up that it was coming, thus her not being able to leave her already mixed products beacuse they don't last long once they are mixed. Odd though that it took Gnat how many hours to complete her butcher job on her hair? Maybe tears are something that slows down the process for surely at least a quart of tears came from her eyes and into her bowl. Could that be her version of the stigmata?
I'm sitting here waiting for more from Carolyn and still hoping Gnat wakes up with her hair laying on and/or stuck to her pillow.
Re: Adam's story of his grandfather's escape from Germany. I was very touched. I guess even though I hated history in school, I knew that sort of thing was forced on the Polish, but I'd never heard a verbal account of it. I know Adam makes up some good stories, but this one seemed honest and from the heart. It moved me deeply to hear of another good story of escape. The big dress did make me laugh, but the vision of Mary the night before and then it happening the way it did was a story that gave me goosebumps.
Natalie is the biggest threat for more then just comps. Natalie has them all fooled, completely and totally. Everything about Natalie is all an act...From the first day she walked into the BB house, and all the hgs are eating it up. Natalie couldnt survive in the real world and doing the things that she has done, in her life, if she was truly the way that she acts in this game.. She knows how to work men, she does it everyday with Adam and Ryan, and all the other men in the house that are now gone. Nobody in the house knows the true Natalie, and I am not saying that she is a good actress because she isnt. She is playing this game and all the hgs as well, completely. I dont think that Natalie would or could tell the truth if her life depended on it Vicki

Good morning dish guest! Hi Carloyn!.. Few thoughts.. Natalie is all done I cant believe she only talks to sheila!?! For her to have ANY hope she needs to go to the boys and tell them everything she told sheila last night about her vote going to sharon or sheila, about the S/S sticking together, about what will happen if Sharon wins HOH putting up adam and Sheila... I doubt she is smart enuff tho? LOL... Ok Carloyn... I have a quesiton this being my first year watching what happen in the other years when it was the last 5? double eviction? I mean if this goes down this is very very borning... I hope there is an alarm and keep whoever gets evicted and double eviction next week or something!?!? that was cool hearing Adam's story, esp since I just watched "Shindler'List". Anyway, did anyone else notice he said "f*cking Jews" and "Polacks"? He is almost 30 and my daughter who just turned 21 is more politically correct. I am not liking him much now. Adam keeps putting his foot in his mouth and probably it will be the death of him in the BB house.
i agree adam and ryan are blind to see that they are screwing each other...why is adam pushing ryan to keep nat...because he has an obligation to sheila..get a clue ryan keep nat..

I have to disagree. I think Gnat is exactly like this in real life and is why she can't sustain a relationship as she herself has stated. Of course her version is the guys did her wrong, but who ever admits after a breakup it was their fault? I know I never saw my actions as the ones that ended any of my short-lived relationships before I settled down with my soulmate.
Everything about Gnat is an act. But it carries through to her real life job as the bikini barista. She works those fake boobs for tips. I can see the line of dirty old men and horny young men barely old enough to drive, pulling up to that drive-thru window with a stiffie knowing they are going to see everything but nipple as Gnat bends out of that window to hand them their coffee. (I'm not putting down ANYONE making an honest living anyway they can, it's not for me to judge, but you know she uses that same bubble baby talk to every customer to get more than 'keep the change')
Carolyn, you end of the overnight left me very confused. (Not the DR call because people talk every year of sharing the winnings and DR calls them in on it and reads them the rule.)
My confusion/question comes from which way are they going as of that conversation? Keep Gnat to the end or change their votes? I couldn't tell.

I think Nat needs to go while they have the chance. Even if Sharon does win HOH, what are the chances of her winning POV, too? If she does as she says and puts up Sheila and Adam, Sheila would have to win POV, or she is going home--because Ryan would be the only vote. Basically, I think the boys have a lock on the game. Sheila can't play for HOH, probably won't win POV--and even if Sharon pulls off HOH, I doubt she can win two comps back to back.
What do you guys think, will the boys keep Natalie or not? I thought they would evict her for sure until I read the last section of the ON report....
I hope they get rid of Sharon. I have a sick feeling she will win.
I think the boys are stupid to get rid of Natalie instead of Sharon. If one of them goes final 2 with Natalie they are guaranteed the money but if Sharon pulls through they will NOT get the money, no question. They need to get rid of the "mole" now, Sharon is much more annoying and 2-faced than Natalie. Sharon was the one who kept going to James/Josh even after they campaigned against her and told them everything team Christ did/said.
I think that if next week's HOH is mental, Sharon might win and if that happens, then one of the boys is going home. If Natalie wins it, I think that she'd make Sheila go home. Are they thinking? What the hell is wrong with them? Ryan and Adam... get with the program!
:p~ Carolyn I think your addiction to Cuban needs an intervention. Unless!!!!! Is 'Cuban" a double entendre for a man you see daily? BUSTED!. That would need no intervention... I remember the days when I needed a daily fix, often multiples. I had a Puerto Rican addiction for 11 months before this 27 year addiction started.

Anon and 9:31... usually the double eviction was from final 6 to final 4... this year they rigged it all for Natalie and she STILL lost.
Double eviction DOES NOT MEAN that both people on the block goes home.
i think that this is what will go down: double eviction (final 4 play for hoh, final 4 play for pov, then houseguest evicted. This would not happen in a weeks time, more like three or four days for the Sunday show.
My only other thought is that this Wed. is a normal eviction, then Sunday the 20th is a special live show and suprise fast forward with an eviction, tuesday the 22nd starts the endurance HoH comp, Wed the 23rd is down to 2 people and the finale is Sun the 27th. O.k. now I am done hypothesizing...(is that a word?) LOL
my great grandpa was from chech and fought against the germans...and was forced to move her..settled in ok and became a part of the one of the few with oil rights...he died before i ever got to meet him but my grandpa always said that he was never the same after that and in the end all his nightmares killed him..he couldn't handle life anymore and the stress of reliving gave him a stroke and he died in his sleep...so glad that there is no more hitler..
I tend to disagree with the idea that sitting with Nat in the final 2 would be good. We've seen the jury reward the best/hardest player in the past even if they didn't like them. I still think being with Sharon in the end would be the best. It keeps the James/Chelsia/Joshua vote in the minority.
Natalie is bizarrely poorly educated for someone who by all accounts has a reasonably normal, even if not ideal, life (she has parents, a home, she went to school). But she is hardly dumb. I know I joke about her being a sociopath, but I am only sort of kidding. Perhaps it is a personality disorder, maybe just serious emotional problems, but she is a skilled manipulator in a way that makes the skin crawl. In fact I would say she is a brilliant manipulator, in large part because she uses very unexpected tools - like her naiveté and ignorance, and her use of fanatical yet completely misguided and false religion is astonishing. Her social deftness paired with a complete lack of moral center; her insecurity coupled with self aggrandizement - makes her an incredible piece of work.
I believe she has the potential to be a dangerous woman. I think she will do whatever it takes to get what she wants in life and have no guilt or remorse about who she hurts.
I think she is the personification of the downside of this game - that with people who have a severely distorted reality, the interesting aspects of lying and manipulation to acceptable degrees in social interactions, become potentially dangerous.
That said, I think she is one of the best player in BB history, any sociopath with the ability to charm would be, and she deserves to win. I think she is vile and frightening and I hope (though doubt) she will use the money to get treatment, but that girl has earned the prize. That says something very profound about this game. IMHO.
I see a lot of people are wondering about the double eviction week. I'm just wondering if they are gonna do like Survivor did and make it final three instead of final two. Thing that make you go hmmmmm. By the way, the is my first post but I read this everyday. Thanks for the laughs!

Adam's story about his grandfather was amazing. And to think there are people 'out there' that are trying to say the holocaust never happened. What idiots! It is my prayer that people are NEVER talked into thinking it never happened! That would be a further atrocity!!

I am glad someone finally agrees with me! At the end, they almost always give it to the person who played the best, not who they liked! I've seen it happen over and over on BB and Survivor! By playing the best, I don't even mean winning the most comps. (think Ozzie, Survivor) It means overall game--social, manipulative moves, etc. I think if Nat makes it to the end, she'll win, I really do. That's why she has to go NOW!
Cris and Anon, I have been saying/preaching that for weeks, reminding everyone that the jury always takes the best game play very seriously. Gnat has played the best in working everyone and until now running every HoH without the real HoHs realizing it. But.. She HAS to go. I'll be truly ill if I see her win $500K and get any of the glory she sees herself getting because God speaks to her and tells her how to play the game... among other reasons.
As for the F4 HoH, many have said some would throw it because they would rather have the F3. Prsonally I would fight with all I have for the F4 HoH. It's the only sure route to F3 and from there it's a crap shoot with a best of 3 competition.
I hear Gnat working Ryan already this morning. I can't take it. I'm going to leave it to Carolyn's reports to keep me updated.

Insightful look into Natalie's personality. I am in grad school for psych (have a paper due tomorrow and am procrastinating greatly). I think you are right that Natalie is not a psychopath/sociopath. By nature, most psychopaths are charming, which is how most people get lured in and duped. BUT, Natalie does not intentionally mean to harm people. She does form relationships, however shallow they may be.
I think that Natalie is a perfect example of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. All she talks about is herself. Every single conversation comes back to her. When she sees someone else get approval from the group she repeats, usually verbatim, what the person said. It's ridiculous. People with this personality disorder lack substance and depth. I am not quite sure where the manipulation fits in there, but Natalie is all about herself. There is another personality disorder where women use their bodies and sexuality to get what they want. She definitely does that too. A lot of people with personality disorders have different personality disorders at the same time. Of course, I couldn't diagnose her without speaking directly to her, but it certainly is fun to guess.
BTW,if I paid this much attention to my stupid paper that is due I would be done by now!! Thanks Carolyn for the welcome distraction.

BB9 Finale Thoughts: I hate that the finale is on a Sunday since CBS seems determined to schedule things prior to BB so it doesn't start of time. I'm getting more than a little sick & tired of BB & TAR air times getting pushed back...I'm beginning to think they're doing this to boost the ratings for 60 Minutes. UGH!!!!!! AND the Ullman com on SHO2 (esp the AR bit) is also getting more than a little annoying!!!

Julissa - NPD was my first "diagnosis" and after watching her for three months, it is truly what I believe she "has." (Go back to last week’s boards to check out my little game Armchair Psychologist). But personality disorders are nebulous and behaviors often overlap. I know "sociopaths" are more traditionally diagnosed with Antisocial PD, and I don't think that is Natalie's diagnosis (clearly it's not). But sociopath isn't actually a recognized illness anymore and was sometimes attached to NPD in the day. I was using it loosely - because in a non DSMIV-ish way, the chick's a freaking sociopath.

Re: Adam's grandfather story - in all seriousness, sometimes we have to give people a little leeway when they are casually talking to friends. Those two boys have gutter mouths and bravado to spare. I can say with as much certainty as anyone just watching something on a screen, Adam meant nothing derogatory about Jews or Polish people. The fu*king before Jews was put there because those boys get an electric shock if they don't use the word 15 times in each sentence. It was no specific reference to the Jews or anyone else - just his standard gutter mouth. As for “Polacks” - he has stated many time his pride in his Polish heritage. Let's not forget, to them it was casual conversation in private between dudes.
The time he used "retards" he was showing off and being blustery in the first few days. He regretted it for a long time (without having a clue of the outside drama).
They all do plenty of truly grotesque things that we can cut them off at the knees about. Let's keep some perspective.
BTW - I am a Jew, lost family in the camps, and have some Polish roots.

Your observations about Adam and Ryan is dead on. It is exactly what I was thinking. They just have to use foul language to survive in each given day. That's my main gripe about watching the feeds. It seems that people must have the f word in their daily vocabulary to get into the BB house! Hopefully it's like smoking. The more you're around it, the more you smoke. Maybe when they are out of the house, the use of such language will slack off a bit. I hope so anyway! Ha!
