I'm really starting to wonder what approach they'll take for the show - tell Josh to tone it down for the show, or let him rip Sheila a new one, just remind him of his language? Or do you think they'll forgo that entirely and show clips of some sort the whole show? Hmm. This could be a great show, or a horrible one. I'm really hoping they show the Ruse and everything leading up to the circumstances. But leave it up to AGP to show Josh as the bad guy and Sheila as the poor defenseless mom LOL
This is my first year watching the feeds and reading your blog...and I really wish I had started during bb7! (which was a great season!) I'm totally addicted!
When Josh said sheila's was living off of her son's disability, it was the 1st time I had heard about it.. There are times that he makes me lol but other time I just can not belife the things that comes out of him.
Can not wait to find out who wins HOH and to see if Josh will do something on live or is he just saying that to get everyones minds on that so he could win HOH..
I'm sure AGP is loving this. The 5 foot rule is to ensure he doesn't get in anyone's face, but he can yell and rip at them all he wants. We'll see if he has the balls to do it live, he's never done that before.

I have wasted as much time as I can- I even spent an hour at Walmart doing the ol' grocery shopping. I can't stand it! I need to know what is happening. Thanks Carolyn for keeping me in touch. Just wanted to mention that the "fleeting expletive" case will be before the Supreme Court in September... this refers to instances like James' F-bomb last Wednesday (but was prompted by Cher and Nicole Richie at Billboard Music Awards saying f*** & s***).
In the past the FCC has been able to go retroactive on these deals... I can see the impending case (which could levy huge fines against the networks) could be cause for a 3-hr "really guys, no more expletives" lecture.

Or, certain players were told the answer to the final question prior to the competition....ya know, the "certain players" from the other side.
I think CBS had a ruse of their own and it worked too. :(
Of course this is just my opinion as I have nothing to do with CBS. So take it for what it's worth.

Sad movie I tell ya. I didn't want Matty to go. I liked him, but what he didn't realize is that when he was mistreating Natalie, he pissed of one of the biggest alliances: sisterhood
That's what did him in...and honestly, my eyes kind of puddled when I saw Nat's goodbye message to Matty.
I'm sorry but Chelsia needs to go!! I can not stand her. I'm sooo glad she didn't win HOH. She's such tail-coat rider. Ugh. C/J/Shar need to go!
i was so hoping chelsia was going to win this one. i thought adam didn't even want to win hoh. he always made it seem like he wouldn't want the responsibility - and this is kind of a bad week for him to get it because will definitely need to chose a side. i pray that he will turn on sheila and nat but i don't think that will happen. if j/j/c/s are smart they should all offer him two weeks safety in exchange for him not putting them up. they should really try to get him on their team. he really isn't their target. they really need to make him see that they have nothing against him. i do think that he will end up trying to get james or chelsia out. which completely sucks. i can only hope he tries to backdoor james and it fails. it would be sweet if james could win pov and save chels. i would LOVE that!!
should be an interesting week regardless.
I must admit that I am a little concerned that not only did they cut Adam's chances of guessing (he admitted he guessed) the right answer down from 1/7 to 1/3, but Amanda was the only one of the three whose name had not already been an answer to one of the previous questions.
Adam would have had to have been pretty pitiful not to be able to figure out the best guess was one name and one name only.
However, this is BB and we addicted viewers really have no choice but to watch what happens and not get too close to a coronary over those things we happen to find at least a little unfair and/or suspicious.
Guess Adam will now have to step up to the plate and actually play the game.
I can only hope that he has been playing Sheila these past few weeks in order to keep her harping at him to a minimum, and that what he has said when it was just he and his bro's is what he really feels -- (he wants Sheila outta here).
I have decided to make his job a little less stressful, so I have prepared a speech for nominations all prepared for him. Anybody know how I can get it to him? :)
It would be absolute justice for Adam if he were to look at Sheila during the nomination ceremony and give the following speech:
"Sheila, you have ragged on me and about me since the very first day. You have called me every ugly name in the book. However, when you want or need something, all of a sudden you act like I'm not so bad after all, especially when you "tell" me that I better have your back, like you have mine.
"Believe me, your kind of having someone's back is not the kind I need or want.
"Sheila, I nominated you to be put up on the block because I want your skank a$$ out of here so I don't have to look at it again or hear "ya think," "think about it," "I'm gonna tell ya the truth," "look at me; Adam, look at me," "I'm 45 years old, a generation older than everybody else in the house, and I deserve a little respect," "I'm a single mother, I deserve to win," "My son is only 16 years old and he didn't sign up for this," and so many other Big Sheilism's that I don't have the time to repeat them all, until either I go into sequester or the finale show -- whichever comes first."
Adam has played this game so close to the vest since day one it is hard to even begin to imagine what is going to happen. Should make for a very interesting week.
And, for all you Josh-Haters -- see, for all your kavetching about how terrible he is, nothing came of his threats. This is not the first time he has made threats and then done nothing.
Although it could be that BB told him he couldn't, that really doesn't seem likely with what they allowed to happen last season and even what they have allowed to happen so far this season.
I think it is very possible that sometimes Josh speaks just to get attention, and other times he speaks in the hope that just the implied threats are enough to cause psychic upset in those he targets.
Who knows, none of us are him. I do know that all the accusations of his doing something illegal, verbally -- not physically, held about as much reality as did the "threats" Josh never delivered on.
I'm looking forward to a week without Josh/Sheila, Natalie/Matt or James being at the front of the game play. It's time to find out what other HGs will do.

The reason Adam chose Amanda as the answer that won the game is Julie had already asked questions about the two other female evictees. Adam was looking at the list and realized that Amanda was the only one that hadn't been used yet so he chose her...and was right. I do think it was odd that Julie specified that it was a "female" she was referring to...seemed like a big hint to me.
Carolyn -- see you picked up on Deebo's 15-year comment, too. Hope it's what it appears to be and that you get some insider info. :)

Folks, think about it! The reason Julie had to say *female* HG in the last question was because it was related to a love triange and the other two people involved in said triangle were both males and both already evicted. Now, both names had already been used but since she did not specify that each HG would only be used once if someone had guessed that Alex or Parker said that and got eliminated for being wrong they could have called foul. That is why, I think, she specified a female HG. I think Adam was so caught up in the moment that he blurted out the answer and then was like "D'oh! Now I won HOH and I really didn't want it! Now what?". It'll be interesting to see what he does...but please, no more scratching and playing with yourself, c'mon Adam!!
I totally disagree that the HOH comp was rigged? Seriously? We all see the editing of live feeds vs. the CBS show on Tues & Sun, but there is no way that was rigged. First of all, like Mike in Bama said, "anti-climatic"... and secondly, Amanda wasn't an answer yet and the rest were. Process of elimination. You can hear Adam explaining his answers at the end of the show......
I cant wait to see Dick on Tuesday night. Julie said, the houseguests are in for a wakeup call which leads me to believe he'll be coming in, in the middle of the night. Hopefully waking them up by banging pots and pans. That would be SICK!!!

I don't know if I'm just naive and want to believe that AGP isn't messing around with things behind the scenes, but definitely your proposed explanation of a possible reason for Julie saying "female" is one I choose to believe as the most likely reason.
It can sometimes be stressful enough watching players "play" the other HGs. Believing the whole thing (or even a small part) is rigged really diminishes my enjoyment of watching. Thank you. I feel so much better.

omg, I am so glad I subscribe to the feeds and have this site to fall back on, otherwise I would totally be left out of the loop. If you just watch the CBS shows you have no idea what is really going down.
