The Overnight Report
Good Morning, Big Brother Lovers! Happy Saturday. :)
Friday evening, just before 6pm BBT, a new alliance was born between Ryan, Josh, Natalie and James. The plan was to keep Joshuah, with Ryan and James' votes, and Natalie's tie breaking vote. Adam and Sheila were to be left out of the mix completely.
At this point, Sheila was too occupied consoling the crying Sharon to be suspicious of anything going on. Sharon, of course, was not crying for herself. She was crying at the notion of losing Joshuah, which was the forgone conclusion.
Joshuah played his role to perfection - I'm leaving, nothing I can do about it, gonna go out with class, etc...
Shortly before 8:30pm, Adam told Joshuah he'd be willing to keep him. Joshuah went to Natalie with the information (doh!), letting her know it was turning out perfectly, and she might not even have to get her hands dirty with a tie breaker vote.
At 8:34pm, Natalie confirmed with Adam and Ryan, while still not letting Adam in on the original scheme, and Ryan further reinforced the clean hands for Natalie concept: James, Ryan and Adam make 3 votes to evict Sharon - no tie breaker necessary.
Everything neat and tidy and wrapped in a pretty little bow.
But wait... This is Big Brother. Lest you forget. Expect the unexpected... and all that.
The alliance, or agreement, or deal that was struck just before 6pm existed slightly over 4 hours. Natalie blew it to smithereens at 10:14pm BBT.

Natalie and Sharon fill Sheila in on everything and demand her silence. She must continue acting as if Sharon is on the way out. She cannot tell Adam... She cannot tell anyone! Sheila is 100% on board and disgusted with the men. Sharon also fills them both in on Ryan and Joshuah's agreement - or part of it, anyhow. Joshuah had confessed it earlier to Natalie, anyhow, and she let it slide, but she also filed it away for further investigation.

They know they don't have the numbers to make it happen on their own, and they decide they need, or rather Natalie needs, to bring Adam over to the side of evicting Joshuah, without informing him of what's going on. Ryan, James and Joshuah are to be kept in the dark.

I just think I can help you more towards the end than some people can... Sharon will not put James up...
Adam: You wont put him up either, but.. you wont put me up...
Josh: Exactly, and that's your only concern. I just think it's going guys vs girls upstairs.
Adam: That's what they're talkin about.
Ryan: And where do you fall?
Josh: Believe it or not, I do have a penis, so that would make me a guy. If Sharon wins, she will not put up one of the girls... With me gone, that's all she has... She has no problems with anyone in the house... It's risk management...
Josh leaves to eat... Ryan and Adam continue solo... Adam leans toward keeping Josh and getting Sheila out next. Both bemoan James' winning veto.

James: I feel that Adam, Natalie and Ryan are still in something... They wanna keep Adam out of it, or pretend he's out of it, so they always have the numbers...
Joshuah: Exactly...
James: That means that Adam will always stay with Sheila...
Joshuah: But it keeps me here another week... I can help you if I'm here...The deal's only for one week..
James: It saves you. It's fine. Y'know what I'm saying? It protects Natalie, but it doesn't protect me. I offered her a deal which she didn't take...
Josh: I know, but, I mean, if you don't win HoH, you're off the hook... as far as protecting Natalie...
James: It doesn't make sense... Do you understand what I'm sayin'?
Josh: Let me win HoH, and I'll put f'in Natalie up. You didn't give her your word. You're off the hook.
James: I'm just gonna keep my mouth shut. Whatever happens happens...
Josh: I mean, I think they want me to stay...
James: But she told Adam.
Josh: She doesn't wanna break the tie...

The boys broach the subject of keeping Josh to Sheila. She's dead set against, but she makes no mention of the conversation upstairs. The boys play it off that they're just kidding with her. Then they tease her about her offering herself up as the pawn last night. Then Boom! 3-1 Josh is out. That will fluster James so much. He will feel so isolated... Why on earth are we gonna reward James by keeping his best friend in the game?!

Adam: How are we so screwed, dude? We have to do it all over again. Win the HoH, put him on the block, win the PoV... and now we're due to lose HoH. We already won 2 in a row.
Ryan: Well that kid won 3 PoVs in a row.
Cut to Josh, James & Natalie talking about the votes. Natalie tells them she's still the tie breaker... James re-starts the push to eliminate Sheila - She was supposed to go this week. Natalie states her concern that if she keeps Joshuah, how does she know they wont come after her?

At last count, Adam isn't really keen on keeping Joshuah. Natalie's playing all sides. Ryan is pushing Adam to keep Joshuah. Sheila is pushing to evict Joshuah and keep Sharon. James is a sure vote to keep Joshuah. Sheila's name has been brought up several times, with varying levels of sincerity, by everyone but Sharon & Sheila as a replacement nom.

Good morning Carolyn and happy Saturday wooo hooo so glad Nat filled the girls in whew!!!!! hopefully if all goes as planned Jealous Josh will be out the door next week. If only Ryan hadn't botched up in the veto comp yesterday James wouldn't have got it and the nerve of Josh to say he is tired of baby sitting Sharon meanwhile it is her who has been baby sitting him. Natalie cannot keep her mouth shut. She was on to something for a while there - an alliance with the strongest. I've worked with people like Natalie and I didn't like them either. There is not one original thought in that girl's head! She just follows the suggestions of the last person that she talks to.

Cant agree patti. Were James to win HOH, Ry and Adam would be chirpin in his ear how Gnat has been gunning for him all along. It wont take much convincing for him to put her and sheila up on the block.
Gnat and the rest of Bananarama's best chance is to keep girl power, dont put up sharon but rather put up ry. Probably Josh leaves, but even if Ry does the numbers work in Bananarama's favor.

Why would anyone make deals before the day before the live show? They NEVER last... it is just a waste of time an energy.

I completely missed yesterday except seeing that James had won yet another POV. I went to bed thinking Josh was toast. Then I got all excited again reading the comments after the last blog post for Friday... until the last two comments where it sounds like the whole thing has fallen apart.
Now I'm all sad again. I had hopes that Gnat would get wise and put Shrilla up. I can still have hope, but it's a thin thread to cling upon.
Has everyone forgotten that Josh has had secret deals with both Adam and Ryan secretly and separately from near the beginning? With James' most likely vote to keep Josh that is going to be 3 to 1 for Josh any way you look at it if he is up against either of the girls. We all know Adam can't wait to get rid of his forced upon parther at first chance, or at least that is the way I think he is going. I'm stoked at this possibility, but I am waiting with baited breath and nervous typing until the PoV ceremony takes place.
As for Josh having eyes for James, I haven't watched the clip yet but UGH! I can't imagine. Josh might play James for a sure vote, but I think Josh has more class than that and wouldn't chance his relationship with Chase to even fool around a bit. Some of you... OK, MOST... thinks that Josh has no morals but I see him playing a good game.
Yes if it comes down, I feel sorry for Sharon but what has she really done in this game besides feed the beebees? AND, don't forget, if it weren't for Neil having to leave, and Josh having to pick a new partner, of which he had the choice of Jacob or Sharon, Sharon wouldn't even be there. Has she really done anything since coming back in, or even before going out? If so, please, someone remind me.
I'm holding out for the somewhat original broliance to keep Josh. James was in that alliance in the beginning wasn't he? Seems I recall that because I always laughed about how much he would be out of it if the macho and presumably striaght men knew about his 'gay for pay' antics.
And now for something completely different. I feel the need to do a shoutout for Carolyn here and remind everyone that she accepts donations via PayPal. Give as little or as much as you can give. Just GIVE. Carolyn gives us a place to come together and keep up with the latest on BB, and a place to discuss it amongst ourselves. She deserves our support.
If ryan can pull off a vote from Adam, they won't need Nat. She has made a BIG mistake!!
Oh My Lord this girl gets dumber by the minute. Just when you think she is starting to have game, she goes and does something imbecilic.
To restate what's already been said, how could she not realize that her only chance of winning is against either Josh, James and Sheila?
If she sends Josh packing now, thus going back on her word, she's already stacking the jury 2 to 1 against herself if not 3 to 0 because I wouldn't put it past Matt to not vote for her as a final "I DON'T WANT YOU".
Don't get me wrong, I can't stand Josh and on a personal level I would want him out for sure. but if you are playing a game - and the goal of that game is to get to the end why on earth would you evict him? Sharon is the bigger threat despite being the nicer person.
I stand by what I've said all season: JAMES TO THE END for the simple fact that he has had the best game both strategically and competition wise. He deserves it.

I was so bummed last night when I got my home my internet was down. Do you have ANY idea how much I was stressing not knowing who won POV? But I was beyond happy to see this morning. IT WAS JAMES!!!!!!! YAY!!! Made working on a Saturday all the more worthwhile.
...And so begins the battle of the genders.
I did feel bad for Sharon that Josh so casually threw her under the bus but it would be in everyones best interest to evict Sharon. Sharon and Adam have been too neutral and would likely win against any of the remaining house guests. Strategically Natalie, Josh, Sheila, James and Ryan should vote them out if they want any chance at winning at the end.
natalie just dug herself a hole in this games....i LOVE it!i was actually starting to think this girl actually had some sense of strategy in her with the original plan.she tottally blew it. now all she can hope for is that one of the girls win hoh.but shiela can't win,nat can't play, and sharon...maybe..o well..GO JAMES!
Im a little baffles how folks think Gnat's best chance is with Josh or James int he final 2. To me her best chance is with Shebot. Everyone, aned i mean even the beebies cant stand shebot. The guys, who will be on the jury, generally hate women, they objectify them every chance they get. The guys hate james but respect him for his winning competitions and would award him the money easily. Josh has worked ry and adam almost from the beginning and I would think hed work them for their final votes as well. Gnat's, and anyone for that matter, is with shebot.

The only person who has not flipped to date is Sharon. She has carried Josh throughout the game (stupidly but honorably). Will this help her go to final 2? Doubtful.
A lot of people are annoyed by Sheila, but why on earth would anyone in the game take her out? Strategically, she has won nothing and most likely will continue to do so. She is the only one that will lose against all the others including James if in the F2.
Josh is a snake in the grass but so is Ryan. He has been portrayed as the "good guy". Why? He has consistently played both sides throughout the game without ever being called out. Great game play thus far, but will that take him to the end? It seems not.
People call Natalie "dumb". She certainly isn't the smartest person with gems like "Old Timers" and she certainly has been deluded when it comes to Matty, but she has been strong in this game. She definitely must break the boys down. Strategically, Josh is the only boy she can take out at this time. She needs Baller on her side, and the girls and Baller can take out Ryan and then James.
Why Ryan first? Because he is not to be trusted for anyone's game. James has been almost totally transparent about his game.

yep Nat is cooked the NRJJ alliance will save her. She keeps saying what would her family think if she doesn't get out josh or James. Adams deal will not hold with Josh is my worry... he had a deal with James and put him up. Adam can talk big all he wants but he is scared of James and wants him out. He will not keep Josh bc in his mind that help James. No matter that Adam did have a deal with Josh same as Ryan. Adam wants Sheila to stay no matter how he acts.
Natalie keeps saying you cant think about the end... well at some point you have to.. do you really think you would get the money over Sharon???? BB is chess honey... you better stop making a move that keeps you safe for 1 move..... you are going to box yourself in
I wish Natalie would put up Ryan as the renom istead of Sharon. That would really freak the boys. Of course it would let them know the alliance they thought they had was no good, and the boys would probably start going off on the girls before Wednesday. I had almost lost interest in this game and even turned the feeds off yesterday with sadness because of Natalie flipping on the girls, but EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED. I'm watching again, once I finish reading Carolyn's great recap to catch up again.
i cant believe that nat told the girls! she will get so much farther with the boys. i hope someone can convince someone to put up sheila, i am tired of hearing her talk and flip flop all the time!
I won't bother with Nat, I don't have enough antacid in the house.
Every season we go through this, both inside and outside the house. The well liked people NEVER win. Except for the few overly emotional types who vote with the heart/anger, the "best player" is always crowned (on BB and Survivor). Best player is defined a little differently each time, but it's never someone like Sharon. Sharon, Adam, or Ryan would be terrific to take to the final 2, because none of them has done a thing except stay out of trouble. Even Sheila (god help us) has "played." Though in her case I might amend my rule and say if she was in the final 2 with a potted plant she'd loose. Ironically (since she thinks everyone wants to give her them money) no one wants to give her the money.
My prediction: If James makes it to final 2 he's a lock. If Nat makes it to final 2 against anyone but James she's a lock. After that probably Josh, Adam (people haven't figured him out totally), Sharon, Ryan, (probably split by sexes) then Sheila (though I don't think she deserves to be last - as much as I would rather give the money to potted plant – I think she has a rightful place after Josh).
with all due respect, how much time do you have to spend Carolyn to poast this info? It feels like you're our eyes watching all day.

Natalie proves once again how dumb she is and that she cannot keep her mouth shut. And while on Natalie, does the girl own even one top that doesn't have half her boobs hanging out. I am sure the DR wants her around, cause they always get an eyeful with her. And on to Sheila...does anyone of the people in the house realize just how many times Sheila has said "oh my gosh, I have to pick up my game now".....whens it gonna happen Sheila....we are all waiting!!! It will be interesting to see what today brings and who Natalie will spill her guts to next.

Well yes I am because now the house is once again dividing. I stayed up till 3am BBT watching and came to the conclusion that Nat is entirely too happy for her own good... she's either playing dumb or really is missing major brain cells.
I can't for the life of me figure out why Nat would not put up Sheila after all the smack she talked about her. Then again who would they play all those little pranks on??? LOL
It was fun, I laughed and it was good to see some honest solidarity among the HG's... even if it was at She-lia (thx bama) expense.
Out of all her nick-names, She-lia fits her best because she lies way to much even for the BB game.
I'd hate to see Sharon go, but that girl needs to seriously get it together and step it up or bye-bye to her.
Those who stay up together, playing and laughing usually stick together as much as possible because they're having fun which is a rare commodity in the BB household.
Josh, Adam, Nat and James final 4??? Who knows, but it certainly looked that way to me last night.
Told ya that alliances come and alliances go, that's how it goes in this game and with Nat in charge you might as well prepare yourself for one hell (or should I say holy) of an alliance whirlwind ride.

I am so glad Natalie didn't stick with James and Joshua.. last night Joshua said he would put Natalie on the block... so good for her for not falling for their lies!!!
IF she goes on the block next week, so what she was still going on the block via Joshua and possibly even James the lair that he is.... Natalie is a great actress!!! That's the difference, she's acting and not fallig for ppl's word. Go Natalie
This part of the game is so hard for me to watch because I can't stand Digbat Nat or Wacky Sheila, but if you think about it from a game perspective, you don't want to take your "buds" to the end with you. When the show first started I would not have said I wanted James to win - he wasn't a favorite. As they started picking people off I found myself having to pick between evils and now he is at the top. But these people need to grow a BRAIN! At this stage the buddy system doesn't work and if these people have ever watched a game like Big Brother you would think they would know better!!
So instead of tossing Digbat Nat or Wacky S out, someone needs to get wise and form a tight bond with them - or even James for that matter, then egg them on to go crazy in the house. Make people REALLY hate them and then hold on to them to the end. That is how the game should be played. I would hate to think that Digbat Nat is the first one to figure this part of the game out by they way she is playing her game with Wacky S. Because that seems like what she is doing. I have to think it is only by accident, but I know there is going to be all Hell to pay in the next day or so because Wacky S can't keep her act together for that long! She is going to blow and take the house down with her and maybe that will put Sharon in a good position. Who knows? I just don't think these guys are thinking about the end. They just want to get rid of the people that drive them crazy and that isn't the way to play and win.
Natalie is trying to play everyone and it's going to come crashing down on her. Hard.

I P'dMSL at the thought of a potted plant winning against Shrilla. Hey this blog is so awesome..and I've said it before. When I can't stay awake until the HG go to sleep you have it all covered so I don't miss a thing. Man this game is getting good. I can't wait to see what the final result is going to be on Wednesday night. I hope the woman stick to their plan and vote Josh out!

Oh Please Natalie just stick to the plan and put Shelia up or kick Sharon, the blankie rubbin girl, out of the house. DON"T MESS with james anymore......
This is so simple...MATH 101. She wants to keep Sharon, put up Adam. Sheila & Ryan will keep Adam. Get Sharon in on it or break the tie!!! I think the hamsters have forgotten how to do simple problem solving. Who know maybe she is not willing to take that risk, cause she is trying so hard to play both sides. Natalie is the HOH and does call the shots!
from the looks of things matty might get a belated birthday bj. nat has positioned herself very well for an eviction. Which definately breathes new excitement into the game for me. She makes 30 minute alliances, she plays her hand by talking way too much, and she is doing exactly what she talks about shebot for doing...playing both sides. In this sad season of bb everyone has a motor mouth and it always gets back when you do this. The person who wins this season will have to be very sly and very secretive....adam maybe? who knows, it's quite unpredictable.

This game is like one huge mess.
I think im too old for this. (I'm 31 yrs old) These people act like their 16 years old.
ya know..... RYAN is the one who is killing his OWN alliance!!!!! He has been protecting Josh for 3 weeks now...Its all on RYAN I cant believe this!! Natalie needs to go to Adam and tell him that Ryan and Josh have a secret alliance and throw Ryan under the bus once and for all. I am so sick of this guy already!!! I was a fan of his, but he is SO dumb to trust Josh and keep saving him!! What has Josh done for you Ryan??? NOTHING!! The renom has not happned yet and Natalie COULD throw Ryan up for all the crap he is causing he needs to snap out of this Josh dream world he has been living in!!STOP wasting the HOH everytime this alliance get it its a BIG waste of a week.. they keep all the big guns!!!!!!

Got to say I have been expecting the Battle of the Sexes to start. Actually I expected them to start much earlier, but as usual the females tend to eat their own. It might be too late with the current count of 4-3, and a possible 4-2 coming on Wednesday. A guy can hope.
HAHA Jane and Carolyn. I would only go to BB10 if I can take my drugs with me. Nothing illegal, they are all perscribed, but a day without prozac is a day the GaYToR goes crazy. :P

People think Josh is funny??? The kid is just a pup. Most people don't realize how hilarious a house full of "old queens" would be. BB would never, ever be the same.

I thought when they made the alliance they had some smarts, never mind. If the guys would totally smarten up to the situation, they would form an alliance between the guys, but I guess Adam is questionable.
I like the logic, take out Chelsia and James will have nothing and give up. He then precedes to win a must-win POV and was involved in an alliance, getting rid of Josh will hurt him, but they have to think. Take out Sharon, a strong player now, rather than one that can be taken out at anytime (Josh).
@10:23am I agree Ryan is a snake and she should put up Ryan he always been for the other side imo. Nat shouldn't go with James alliance because you cant trust him. I'm almost convince this game is rigged for James to win. They need to stick to their plan to get Josh out Sharon is on there side now then she should put Ryan up with James and if James take himslef out take Ryan out.
Gaytor - they will be more than happy to let you bring your Prozac. I'm not kidding. As long as it comes with a prescription and doesn't prevent you from eating slop, it's all good.
Ron, Gaytor - I hesitate to post this because someone will rip off the idea and I won't get rich from it. How 'bout "Big Sister" on the Logo channel. No joke.
Jane @ 12:01 - Sounds super, to me. It's worth trying to pitch. You might try the Here! channel, too. They seem to do more original stuff than Logo. BTW, Big "Sister" as in all women, or "old queens" who call each other "sister, or sister woman"? Could be cool, huh?
P.S. - Be great if the show successfully pitched, and Carolyn would allow us to use the name BB"Dish"? ;p
I'm sort of tired of everyone calling Natalie an idiot! She's on to something here and I think she can't trust James or Josh. They have lied so many times in this game not keeping their mouth. I hope Josh goes and James follows! Make it happen Nat!
ron - no offense to all the lesbians out there, but I think "old queens" would be a lot more fun. Big Sister was just a play on Big Brother and "queen". I'm not a TV producer, what do I know. But I think it would be fun (maybe a little too much fun for TV).
