Good Morning, Big Brother Lovers! I hope you're having a wonderful weekend thus far. For those of you celebrating the holiday, Happy Passover!!
As of 10:15am BBT, the HGs are still sleeping soundly, and BB is letting them.
Last night on the live feeds, Ryan won the PoV comp, leaving him with all of the power in the house... Although Sharon did well blocking any private conversations between Adam and Ryan for a little while, ultimately she gave up on the prospect, and allowed the boys plenty of time together, and the bros have re-emerged full force. The meat of their conversations have already been covered in the Friday Evening post.
It appears Ryan intends to keep Adam off the block, with Adam's solemn promise to vote Sheila out of the house. Adam actually swore on his mother that he would vote to evict Sheila.
Do you believe Adam, or do you think he'll say anything to keep himself from the block (much like Ryan pre-Veto Ceremony with Sheila last week)? Further, do you believe Ryan, or is he just keeping the peace and intending to take both of the women to the Final 3, in hopes of actually securing himself a win?
A final 2 comprised of Adam and Ryan does not bode well for Ryan's bank account. Does Ryan realize this? While repeating several times that "neither of these broads deserve to be in the final 2," Ryan also held firm in his desire and demand to have Sharon and not Sheila there... Ryan believes that both Sharon & Adam would take him to the final 2, and he's probably quite right on that.
Big Brother 9 has shaken down into a final 4 none of us would have expected, and at this point, it still feels like an anything goes situation. How will it play out over the next 24 hours? The next (and last) several days? There's only one place to find out - the live feeds.

Hmmm... the prospects of what Ryan will or will not do are not all that fascinating to me as long as he keeps Sharon in the house for the final three. She's the one I'm rooting for.
I too am very curious how this will all pan out. Can't wait for the season finale, in other words I'm ready for BB9 to be O V E R over! LOL
Hopefully the last endurance comp will be a doozy and Sharon takes home the 500k.

i do beleve Adam will keep his word to Ryan and vote Shelia out. I also think Ryan is not going to win the $500 k no matter who he goes to the final 2 with be it Adam, Sharon, or Shelia! Natalie was his only shot to be the big winner
I think Adam will vote out Sheila if that's what Ryan wants because at this point they have spent so much time together and Adam is ultimately a sap. I also think he might gently push to keep sheila once the veto ceremony is done. Ryan probably wont go for it since he knows Sharon will bring him to final two also. Its hard to get too excited about any of the people left to be honest, but "it is what it is".
I really believe Adam deserves to win something if not everything for having endured the "shackled to Sheila" 24hr trauma. No man should have to go thru that kind of torture.
If ryan intends to keep sharron in the finalshe is crazy....If she makes it to the finals she will win the whole thing. Ibelieve that the only way he can win is up against sheila. compared to her he is a sinch to win.....what do you think? Jan, Texas

I STILL can't believe that no one realized they would have a sure win with Natalie in the final 2!!! In my opinion, Sharon is the least deserving in the final four and should be the first to go.
I have a question for James fans--that's a little late coming...
Does anyone know if there was a real major issue James had with Jen...or did he just hate her like most of us because she just sucks at life?
I can totally understand if it's the latter...but I'm just curious if there was an actual event that I missed that fueled the distaste for her even more???

I think Ryan knows that he has no chance of winning the big prize. But he does know he has no chance of winning anything if both Adam and Sheila are left.
"Reading" Adam is like reading tea leaves. An interesting activity, but a toss-up none-the-less. I think he has a genuine affection for Sheila, one that he does not show to others. He just might push to keep her after the veto ceremony, or keep her anyway without Ryan's approval, but then again he might not do either. That was just as useful as a tea reading. :)
I still think it would be hilarious if Sheila won it since she has not done anything in this game other than be handed an HoH. However, I am also a believer of conspiracy theories and worry that Sheila has been playing us all somehow the whole season... who knows.
If Sheila can't win I am rooting for Sharon. She has put up with a lot and to be in the F4 with these 3 morons would be awful... she deserves it just for that.
If Adam is F2 he will win it... so I hope none of them try to take him there. He has played the best game out of the F4 but I don't like the game he has played so I don't want him to win.
Ryan is a big ball of hot air to me.... don't like him, don't hate him, don't want him to win, he is nothing to me.

Jan in Texas - I don't think Ryan has any chance of winning the 500k. James, Josh, Chelsia and Adam would vote for Sheila in the unlikely event those two are F2.
Little sister- I have no idea if something went down between James and Jen because I dont have the live feeds this season. More likely, James and Jen are two polar opposites and I cold see Jen showing him disdain because he was one of the "ugly" ones. I'm just guessing though...
Does anyone know if they are speeding up the veto meeting to today being saturday? since eviction is tuesday?
I still say Ryan has no choice but to keep Adam. Adam is the one that has 4 1/2 cigs left and Ryan knows that (and he still shares).
why do people like sharon so much? what has she done that were good games moves?
I still don't know if Adam would vote out Sheila. Yes, over the last few weeks, he said things like I'll nominate or vote out the ..... but will he actually do it?
We all know Sheila will lay the guilt trip on him big time, and she'll say something like "I'll never forgive you Adam if you vote me outta here. I'll flip the whole sequester house against yeww. Know that."
Seriously, that would be a lot of drama if Adam was the one who got Sheila evicted! I don't know if he'd be man enough to do it!

I dunno, those of you who say anyone up next to Nat in F2 are guaranteed the big win are underestimating the jury and how, in the end, the more often than not vote for who played the game the best. I think if Nat had made it that far she would likely have been awarded the $500k. Which is why I wanted her gone! I just did not want her encouraging more TC/Bible Buddies strategies in the future. They are painful to watch...

I am very suprised at my attitude with this BB9 season. I don't know what it is except it has been relatively BORING. I have watched BB since season 2 and I have to say this is the first time I could care less who wins. Actually I think Ryan and Sharon have done absolutely nothing except exist in the house so I suppose I would like to see Sheila and Adam in final two. For no other reason than they were able to stay in spite of being an original BB "couple". That in itself is probably reason to vote for them. All the "strong" players are gone...those that really "played" the game. Not that I really liked them either. I also find it interesting that these guys never mention how bored they are...like in past seasons the boredom really was hard on people. I think these guys are not very motivated people so this is probably alot like their real lives.
oh and PS.....I cannot wait for BB10. Lets hope the new cast are more interesting.........
I think Sharon has played a good game because she doesn't have any blood on her hands, has been nice to everyone, and has thrown plenty of comps so others think she's weak. If she manages to stay this week, she's got a great shot at the final 2. One thing the guys forget is that Sharon and Sheila probably know more about the other houseguests than they do, which will come in handy during the final HOH.
The only thing Sharon probably should have done differently was win HOH or POV this week to guarantee her safety. Other than that, she's done quite well for herself.
An Adam/Ryan final 2 is not a certainty, even if the 2 guys are truly working together to make it happen.
For me personally, I hope Ryan/Adam aren't the final 2.

i dont know the calculus for "most deserving". i suspect its simply to justify whoever you like.
im hoping sharon can pull it out, the boys r more often than not disgusting in both word and deed, shebot is more sheb*tch than not, and sharon is the most likeable for me.

I really wish Nat was still in the picture. (I hope she's treated good in sequester). It would have been more loyal and I seriously think Nat would have volunteered to be put on the block and maybe voted out, just so she could have finished the Team Christ thing.
I don't care what anyone says. She took the people out that hated her. She deserves to be where Sharon or Sheila are right now...
hi carolyn..happy saturday to you..i truly think that ryan cant win the 500k no matter who he is next to..james and crew told sheila they would give it to her..sharon would get their vote..and honestly because he gambled alot i would probably say that against adam he has a better chance of getting the 500k only because i remember alot of people talking saying they would not give him the money because he would piss it away...so thats kind of my line of thinking..should be interesting to see if adam keeps his word about evicting sheila or if ryan decides to put adam up..we will see...:) Bree
ps..i think the only way ryan would have had a clear shot at the 500k was to keep natalie and go to the end with her..no one on jury would have given it to her..she made them all so mad..bree
Vote wise I think Ryan would be better off keeping Adam and Sheila. If he votes out Sharon it shows he kept to his alliance (except for Nat). And the boys have a better chance of winning against Sheila then Sharon for the comp. And Sheila might vote for Ryan instead of Adam because of their little deal.
If he keeps Sharon there is a chance she might win because she has to. She has let everyone carry her this far but now she knows she has to win.
Adam and Ryan can win this game if they keep Sheila. Ryan should know that Adam is a mans man. He would send Sheila packing without a doubt.

I was just wondering did anyone else pick up on the after dark writing that said they will show the POV comp on Sunday. I know that it usually shows on Tuesday so we are doing the double eviction probably this week.
My thought is that they will evict on Tuesday then go into the three comps and then on Wed show them and then do the final eviction. Because they aren't sure which day they are gonna do the last show.
What do you guys all think about that???
I watched yesterdays Housecalls with Allison, well most of it because the last few minutes it konked out.
One interesting she did mention is that the HGs for BB10 will be older and more diverse in occupation etc. (She did mention there will be young ones too. Hopefully more mature young ones.) No doubt, they learned their lesson from BB9.

i am totally with alot of you. ryan deserves nothing in this game. im not even sure i would give it to sharon. and adam i really wanted to win. sheila, i think she is history. i say lets get this season over. im sick of it. james and natalie would have at least kept it interesting. its so boring. so does the person who wins at the end get the money, or is it the jury house who really decides? if it is the jury house ryan will not get a penny. he has burnt way to many bridges.
Do you really think Adam would beat Ryan? What votes would he have? Even if he somehow stole Josh from Ryan, Sharon wouldn't vote for Adam would she? Adam would get James and Shiela for sure.. but Natalie always trusted Ryan more, and Matt as well.
I honestly think Ryan might win 5-2 against Adam, but at the worst 4-3.
Ryan gets: Matt, Natalie, Sharon, Josh, and maybe Chelsia.
Adam gets: James and Shiela for sure, maybe Chelsia, and VERY VERY maybe Josh.

If the people in sequester stay "true" to their alliance then I would say that Ryan has a shot at winning the 500k. He would have Matt, Natalie, Adam and Sheila. If this is his thinking then he wins. So cant blame the guy for increasing his chances and not settle for second prize.
I know my boy, Ryan, doesn't stand a chance, even though he has a very good record of HOH's and Pov wins. If they voted for the most deserving, then I think he should win it all. I have come to love the ole crouch scratching, nose picker, Adam too and would like to see him and Ryan as final two. Sheila drives me crazy (and is a little crazy herself) and is as delusional as poor sweet Natty, but I would rather see her in the final three over Sharon. Sharon is a whiny, Jacob story telling, sneaky snake.

I dont think that Ryan will win the 500k if its with Sharon, Adam or SHelia. Ryan has treated too many ppl badly not to mention his general attitude with everyone. And Natalie KNOWS that Ryan voted against her so she will vote for anyone else but Ryan. I think the best he can do is 2nd. I hope that Adam is lying to Ryan, by telling him he would vote out Shelia. If Ryan keeps the noms the same, and when it comes to voting Adam just votes out SHaron. There is nothing Ryan can do at that point. I really do not think that Ryan has it in him to win the next 3 competetions. I want Adam and Shelia to the final 2.. Vicki
I believe Adam will vote out Sheila simply because he believes if he doesn't and Ryan wins final HOH, he(Ryan) won't take him (Adam) to final 2.
Just a reminder here, Ryan told Adam that he (Adam) made it this far in the game because of him (Ryan). Wow!! I must have been watching a different show. Sheila helped Adam get this far. They both helped each other!! Ryan is on a Major power trip, and I hope if they vote out Sheila that Sharon pulls out the big guns and sends one of these clowns packing!!!
At this point, I have no idea what Ryan or Adam are actually thinking. Whatever he does, Ryan does not have a chance of winning. Sheila, Sharon, and Adam all have a better chance of getting the votes than he does in final 2 (except maybe Sheila).
What are they thinking? Why keep Sharon, they know she has more votes then they do. I don't quite get why they are playing this way.
Sheila is a good player. She has done her work in the house campaigning to get people out, which is what they are supposed to do! Dr. Will (and I'm not saying Sheila is Dr. Will) NEVER one a comp in either season. Danielle only won 1 comp in season 3, and we all know she was a better player than Lisa. She played the same kind of game as Sheila. People say Sheila was "handed" HOH. Lot's of players are "handed" comps, because so many people throw comps. All-Stars was full of people throwing comps.
Ryan has a great chance of winning against Baller, especially if Adam sends Shelia right out that door, you just never know how th votes will go or what those people are thinking- but considering the team pink of 3 don't use intelligent thought in this game I'm sure they wont focus on who played the best game. Ryan came into the house with the biggest disadvantage of all, her name was Jen, that stayed a secret for, I dunno 3 minutes, he's been on the block several times, been evicted, and he's won comps when he's had to... He looks pretty damn deserving.

Usually the PoV ceremony and eviction is one and the same... because there is only one vote and it allows for less drama with any upsets as far as broken promises. For example, check these links (from one of the sites that Carolyn has a link to... it's good for reference but not half as good as a community as this Dish) from BB6... how it went down and the start of endurance right after the eviction.

Daniele used the veto on Dick... who immediately evicted Jameka and then they went out to the endurance comp... with the key and bunny hop.
Main difference from earlier seasons is that there is no day in between endurance and the final eviction. Time will tell about this year...
as much scratchin digging and picking adam has done he is still my favorite to go to the end and win the big $$$$$
