The DishChicks are back and ready to blog Big Brother 9!! At bb9dish, we cover the Big Brother Live Feeds, so much of what we write could be considered a spoiler for those who only watch the broadcast on CBS. Now, we don't understand why anyone would choose to do that, since it's like forming an opinion based on 1/10,000th of the information, and they could at least try the feeds for free, but what do we know?! Check bb9dish often for Updates, videos, pics, chops, opinions, etc. xoxo, C-n-C

BB9 James is Passed Out Drunk
11:15pm BBT After a whole lot of alcohol, a little make out session with Chelsia, and a massage from Natalie, James fell asleep on the massage table. Natalie credited her massage prowess. About a half an hour later, Amanda went in the Spa Room to check on him, and he was passed out drunk. Here's the clip, captured by xx2OOxx.
What do you think about Sharon gaming with Alex and Amanda? Is she playing them? she talked to Josh, so maybe she is not playing them. but Josh seems hard to convince. Could mean problems for Sharon and Josh if they can't find common ground...
I thought I heard James use that word. I don't know what that phrase means. I don't think he is anything like Amber though. He really does not seem like a predjudiced guy. He was drunk and in the real world that word is used all the time in "boy talk." I'm not saying it's right, but the context in which he said it was slang, not calling anyone something derogatory. It's a double edged sword - the word is all over the place in pop culture so it gets into people's heads, but we aren't allowed to use it. I'm not saying we should use it! Just that if it's all over the place (in music etc.) it's going to come out in vocabulary, especially when someone is drunk. But again, he didn't use it toward anyone, it was bravado. Some might disagree, and they may be right in principle, but ... I think there needs to be context.
I looked up that phrase in the Urban Dictionary (for us old farts). Means "a childish prank in which someone knocks on someone's front door and then runs away and hides before the person can answer." OK, not classy, really stupid, and yes that phrase is inherently racist (like a lot of slang). But in context, hardly the kind of thing Amber said.

Un-Real! I still feel like the little blog that could...
Thanks so much for making this the best season ever on the dish! :)
I'll be checking in periodically to moderate comments, and after a couple weeks,
we can look forward to some interviews with some of the final 9 HGs. Of course, if there's big news before then, I'll be posting that too. :)
Happy Spring!!
