I think this was one of the most entertaining moments so far this season. The only other thing MORE entertaining was when Dick would go on one of his rampages. I am no prude by no means. These are people in their 20's, they are having fun. Innocent fun. It isnt like they are married and have children. They are all single and put in the house to do just that, hook up. And I bet Showtimes raitings went up tonight lol. It was nice to see them all unwind (well almost all, besides the three prudes in the house lol)and have alittle fun for once. Good for them. Also, if anyone was to hear what julie says before the show starts on showtime, she says UNEDITED and it is TV-MA (And I believe she says it is everything regular tv wont and cant show you). And when you do get the feeds, it does say adult content. So, you should know that there is a chance to see something. If you dont listen to the warnings and watch it anyways, then, you really can't complain much. You were for warned.

yeah I guess chelsia isn't so worried about giving her parents something to be embarassed about anymore... cause that definately isn't something that I would be bragging about my kids doing. Having said that, they are adults and all consenting to whatever they partake in, so if you don't want to watch it, turn it off, simple as that. I do hope that every season from now on isn't like this though, but for a filler season its okay. I have no favs since everyone has a bit of meanness in them and none of them seem even remotely genuine to who they are outside the house for a majority of the time. Too much fake and flat out rudeness. They need a season with real people off the streets of normal places, not wannabe actors/models/strippers etc.

They chose to stay out of the action and the other chose to be a part of it. This doesn’t make them prudes nor does it make the other HG’s lecherous. It amazes me that people (all over the internet, not so much here on the dish) are judging Amanda so harshly for abstaining. As far as I am concerned, she made the best decision staying out of the fun…if she had taken part she would have come out of it looking worse than the others due to the heavy judgment that is on her at all times. Why so little mention of Allison or Sheila abstaining? Strange.

ReplyDeletePersonally, I think the whole morals argument is silly. We like this show because the people are exhibitionists in one way or another. It wasn't an orgy, it was kissing, and frankly orgies have been happening for thousands of years. We all have different boundaries, and those who didn't feel comfortable participating didn't. That's my short sermon on that. I could go on, I won't.
Few words on a few guests whose emotional issues really spilled out last night:
Natalie - poor, sweet, loved-starved Natalie. Yes, she's a free spirit, but all she really wants is to be loved. She uses what she has: her sexuality. I don't know a thing about her past, but as Chris Rock says "they don't rate daddy’s, but if your daughter is on the pole, you've fu*ked up." I don't think she is a "whore" in the least, I think she has no idea how to get the attention she needs any other way.
Chelsia - well, speaking of daddy's! What strange thing is going on there? She hates men! I don't mean she is a lesbian, I don't think she is (despite kissing them). She was literally violent to every man and really did her best to show James he has no power over her. She simply does not trust men - and that comes from somewhere . Again, I have no information, but her blatant hostility (which took all the guys by surprise) and obsession with apologizing to her father - is - well - interesting.
Sharon - I like her. Still waters. She's a much more interesting person than she lets on, I hope we see more of her true personality.
Adam - terrified (I'm certainly not the first to say it).
James - the only true free spirit in the house. I adore him. The women trust him in such an interesting way - even the ones who won't kiss will kiss him. He's a good soul (not perfect, but someone did something right with him IMHO - which is interesting considering what he has said about his family). He will have a big life.
Won't bother with the others.

ReplyDeleteReporterx: I totally agree! No matter how we look at this we must still remember that they are not doing/acting any different than previous housequests. It's the mouse in the maze experiment recreated using human beings.
Just because Amanda did not participate in the pool party, does not make her any better than the other female HGs. People seem to overlook the fact that Amanda has flaws and when someone points out her flaws, they deflect the issue by shaming the poster or by attacking Chel/Alli/Nat. Amanda may not put on pool shows, but she gives BB9 viewers bedtime shows every night(just like the other women). Amanda puts her hands in her pants while she flirts with Alex, bounces/rolls around in a bed wearing short shorts, and "cuddles" with her partner. Now, who is the better woman? I would say none of them.
And before anyone launches into the "who am I to judge these people" deflection tactic, please remember that this is a scripted reality TV show. They are people with feelings, true; however,they gave permission for the world to judge them by allowing their "private" moments to be documented. They have seen previous BB and are aware of the consequences of being on this show.
Please stop the "don't judge these people" argument, because you don't go on BB to make a difference/save the world.
This is the craziest bunch ever. I really do think Chelsia is bi. All she wanted to do with make up with Natalie. I think Sharon got the hots for Alex. The best line of the night was when James said he isn't into porn lol!

according to TMZ who did a story on it last night, CBS was contacted but is being very tight lipped about it and James also told the whole house about it too. I don't know how that would have happened unless he told them in the beginning before the feeds went live but that's the story according to TMZ. i find it strange that no one would say anything about it though if he HAD told them you know. it just seems they would either (alex, a-baller and matti) talk about how gross it is behind his back or rag on him about it to his face. TMZ also reported that dirtyboy.com will be launching a "series" staring crazy james after BB9 is done. this season is by far the weirdest of any season of anything ever! People couldn't make this stuff up!

I have never been so disappointed in BB season ever. I keep watching hoping it will get better, and needless to say, not yet. Seriously I hate this season as far as game and strategy, pretty much no one has game in this house, but it is definitely the most entertaining by far! I'd much rather watch a strip tease or a crazy makeout session between everyone, than beer pong all night! And I'm pretty sure BB has told the houseguests to get crazy for the showtime audience, cause they are always aware of what time showtime starts before they start acting like this. They even had a countdown at the beginning of showtime, natalie was making sure showtime was on before they started planning the strip tease!

I've noticed that she does this almost everynight, including the night the alleged molestation took place(after she finished she got dressed and went down stairs to talk to the other HGs about Alex). The first time I saw her hands in her pants, I just assumed that she was adjusting her underwear. ReplyDeleteFrom what I've read on other BB9 sites, pro-Amanda fans do not want to see him with Sharon. They keep saying that she was pursuing Alex, that Alex doesn't like her, that he was trying to make Amanda jealous, and that she gave massages/kissed everyone. I'm not buying this though, because by the very same logic the same thing can be applied to Amanda. How many times has he told Amanda not to touch him or refused to cuddle with her? How does Amanda react when Alex's attention is focused on other female HGs?
It seems that the other female HGs are expected to uphold a different set of standards than Amanda. Nat is being criticized for her stripping, but everyone ignores the fact that Amanda puts her hands in her pants everynight for millions of viewers to see.
Another thing is the assumption that helping Amanda(brushng her hair, glu meter) means that Alex is in love with/has a crush on her. No this just means that he is a caring person. If we use this same logic, then he must really be in love with Sheila because he helped her make dinner.
The whole teasing/name calling between A/A, well consider Amanda's maturity level. All HG display some level of immaturity, but how many times has Amanda referred to "pooping"? This is something that little children do, not grown adults who feel the need to lecture their fellow HGs on STDs.
