Sheila's just prepared dinner for everyone, and that was enough to wake the boys from their slumber. Steak and potatoes... the boys are in heaven.
Natalie has opted not to join in for the meal.
Sheila: I feel bad that Natalie's not here. Did she say she was gonna get up?
Sharon: She said she'd eat later.
Sheila: It's so quiet.
Ryan: Why are you so quiet, dude?
Adam: The helicopter was souped to see us.
***A helicopter buzzed the house and waved to the HGs around 6pm BBT.
Adam makes a rude comment about the men that'll be waiting for Sheila on the outside.
Sheila: I so can't wait till this is over. I'm gonna get you.
Adam: You love me!
Sheila: No, I don't.
Adam: I can't not be me.
CUT TO:
8:20pm BBT
Natalie comes out to join everyone.
The action should begin again very soon, but I'm throwing in the towel for tonight. I'll see ya in the morning with the overnight report. :)

At bb9dish, we cover the Big Brother Live Feeds, so much of what we write could be considered a spoiler for those who only watch the broadcast on CBS. Now, we don't understand why anyone would choose to do that, since it's like forming an opinion based on 1/10,000th of the information, and they could at least try the feeds for free, but what do we know?! ReplyDeleteuh-oh, did I miss something? How come Nat didn't join them for dinner-is she on the low end again? I thought she was doing well with getting the boys on her side?! Sheesh, I guess I have some catchin' up to do!

I am really suprised that so far 11of nat fans also liked Dick the most. To me their personality, their game play, their everything was differnt from the other.

ReplyDeleteI'm very flattered, but trust me--it's better if I stay right here in Baton Rouge. I can't say for sure what would happen if I did end up in the Big Brother house, but I know enough about myself to want to avoid finding out. And now it's Beorn's TMI moment of the night! Yayyyy!
Before working offshore, I was the house dad at my fraternity house for a couple of years. One night, after spending a couple of hours breaking up a HUGE brawl that took place after the rich little b_st_rds decided to throw an illegal keg party, I *completely* lost it for the first and only time in my life. I didn't hurt anyone, but I did retrieve a hatchet from my truck and brandish it while telling everyone to lock themselves in their rooms if they knew what was good for them. I remember a little voice in my head that kept repeating through this blinding rage, "Don't touch anybody, don't touch anybody." I used the hatchet to chop down a tree in the back yard--which was incredibly dumb, but at least it tired me out and ended the rage. (To be fair, I'd been bloodied up pretty badly while trying to prevent the idiots from killing each other.) The boys were very, very respectful after in the next months, I can tell you. Still, I was deeply embarrassed at my lack of self control, and I won't ever put myself in a situation in which I am literally trapped with people I heartily dislike again.
So would I be entertaining on Big Brother? Maybe. But in a good way? I'm not about to find out.
And thus ends Beorn's TMI moment of the night.

ReplyDeleteJust read a NYT article on CBS that stated that, amongst other franchises, BB is in "decline".. I thought the ratings this season were strong? What are your thoughts? An aberration based on a mostly crappy cast?
I was wondering if any of the folks here have ever considered going ou for BB. Why might you do this? I had considered it a couple of years ago, but the past two seasons have not had impreessive members of our society on them (For the most part) and now it would seem kind of embarrassing. To me. But I am an oldster, Not many professionals, educated or even literate folk on the show, or at least far from the majority. It would be embarrassing and miserable to live in a house with the likes of Amber, Natalie, Jen, Matty,Dustin the Shoe Salesman, Daniele the Hooters waitress, Chelsia, Sheila, Ryan the endless college student, etc. But I love the game and would think it would be an interesting experience. What are people's thoughts?
Natalie is depressed and not joining everyone...Strike me down if I sound harsh but Hallelujah! Seriously...hearing her go into her baby voice and speak about stay in the house because she want to see the "mini" with her team makes me wanna just rip my hair out by each individual strand!!

Wow, I have been watching BB for too long. Now I think there is an ulterior motive behind everything.
Carolyn, just wanted to once again thank you for your hard work. Don't stay up too late. I honestly don't know how you listen to these people all day and night(just their voices give me a headache). Thank you for saving me from another migraine. Sleep tight and dream about the upcoming BB10.
