Now, we don't understand why anyone would choose to do that, since it's like forming an opinion based on 1/10,000th of the information, and they could at least try the feeds for free, but what do we know?! ReplyDeleteI haven't made up my mind about the couples yet, but that Shelia woman turned me off "big time". Just because she is coupled with the guy doesn't mean she has to fall in love with him. It was a stupid play on her part and I feel bad for Adam.
ReplyDeleteOk, totally agree on the disliking the Shelia and Adam pairing. Ma managed to channel both Jen and Amber from BB8 in her very first diary room! She must go! Not that Adam seems like much of a prize.

It makes for good TV to break up the couple going into the house and it also makes good TV to bring the couple that just broke up into the house and pair them up...

i am so excited bb is back on but i am not liking the twist this year. i just sat and shook my head no while chenbot was announcing the pairs. you knew the exes would be paired and the couple would be split. too predictable! BUT i am willing to give it a chance. who knows...it could turn out being a great twist. it just all depends on how the producers swing it.

i am hoping parker and jen kick some butt. i also like chelsia/james pairing and joshuah/neil.
I feel sorry for Adam being paired with that "beast of a woman" (to use his words, lol). Sheila has got to go! Too bad that Adam has to go with her. He got a raw deal. It bothers me that she would say all those horrible things about him and in front of him.

ReplyDelete(I Haven't got the names down yet) is a real drag. She's acting like she has to marry the guy, she just has to play a game with him. I don't like her already but that could change.
Well, it's an interesting twist, but I have to agree that it's not really an enjoyable one. I don't like the idea of a house consisting almost solely of people in their twenties. The differences in age and experience between twenty, thirty and forty year olds are what makes strategy, alliances and gameplay interesting. It also sets up the only player in her forties as a potential target. As a result, this group is concentrating on looks and relationships. Big Brother is obviously counting on showmances to keep the ratings.
ReplyDeleteAlso, this season is very much setting itself up to mirror last year. They’ve already sworn on the Bible, and a team has fallen for the “I promise you’re safe” routine. It’s funny – both times that happened it was a “hanging” competition.
I don’t like the couples twist because it loses some of the true spirit of Big Brother and instead turns this show into a cross between “Beauty and the Geek” and Baywatch.
